The house is located along a dead-end street in a country setting. The site is a narrow, extremely deep plot of land. The building zone adjoins the street and continues the line of the adjacent development - in accordance with city planning requirements. The area at the rear remains a part of the surrounding meadows.

The living quarters are located as far to the back as possible, ensuring optimal views of the meadows. At the front, there is a walled garden, with a greenhouse - by way of a reference to the occupants’ profession - and the entrance area at the side of the house consists of a carport and a secluded garage.
