FIRE STATION AND POLICE POINT

This is a Civil Defence, Police, Traffic Police Stations and Post Office concept design for DGDA, aiming to develop sustainable office buildings, supporting the mixed-use masterplan.

It includes the following facilities: Post Office Station, Satellite Office, Civil Defense Office, Police Station, and Traffic Police Station.

This project presents a high-end CG visualization developed in collaboration with Zuhair Fayez, reinterpreting traditional Saudi architectural language through a contemporary visual lens.

The design draws inspiration from Najdi heritage architecture, emphasizing earthy textures, handcrafted details, and strong geometric forms. The visualization focuses on realism, accurate lighting, material authenticity, and environmental storytelling to communicate the project’s cultural identity and functional character.

This work highlights the balance between heritage preservation and modern infrastructure, delivered through cinematic composition and photorealistic rendering.
