ALOTHAIM - YANBU Resort

A landmark waterfront destination envisioned for Yanbu’s evolving industrial coastline, this project brings together urban vitality, leisure, and contemporary architectural identity. Developed in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Al-Othaim Investment Company, the 400-million-riyals masterplan redefines the relationship between city and sea through layered public spaces, retail promenades, and iconic hospitality architecture. The renderings aim to communicate not only the design intent, but the future lifestyle the destination promises to deliver.

These CG visuals developped from concept to visual stage in cooperation with Pinnacle Design and Visual studios exploring the atmosphere, scale, and experiential quality of the development — from sweeping coastal panoramas to intimate pedestrian moments — capturing light, materiality, and the rhythm of waterfront life.
