VISION:

We aim to contribute to the reconstruction of Gaza by creating a sustainable and integrated urban area that utilizes recycled local materials such as sandstone and wood, reducing construction costs and supporting the local economy. The urban layout ensures a well-organized connection between residential areas and essential services, providing a dignified living environment for residents. Green spaces are preserved through parks and tree-lined walkways, enhancing the urban ecosystem. Buildings incorporate renewable energy and natural ventilation to address climate challenges. The architectural design reflects Palestinian identity through the use of mashrabiya screens and wooden elements, fostering a modern, sustainable environment that supports stability and improves the quality of life in Gaza.
