After decoding the historical water networks of Sour Magra El-Oyoun, the masterplan emerges as a contemporary reinterpretation of flow, not as a literal canal, but as movement, hierarchy, and spatial sequence.The plan is organized around a central civic spine that acts as both circulation and narrative axis.Workshops anchor the productive edge.The exhibition mass occupies the core as a cultural condenser.The library frames the quieter end of the site, creating a gradient from dynamic to contemplative.Sections reveal the true intention:Architecture carved, lifted, and layered to echo the stratification of history beneath the site.Levels are not stacked randomly, they follow the logic of topography, water memory, and urban continuity.
