第四代住宅是一种新的空间体验，更是一种完美的居住体验。将美好的期许架入在空中花园，以现代简约为笔，在克制的线条与温柔的材质之间勾勒出生活完美的模样。

设计师在这里，用克制的设计语言铺陈每一个角落：真正的高级，是删繁就简后的艺术，是以设计为核心，为居住者创造更美好的生活。

The fourth-generation residence represents a novel spatial experience, and more importantly, it embodies a perfect living experience. It places beautiful aspirations within the sky garden, using modern simplicity as a brush to depict the perfect image of life amid restrained lines and gentle materials.

Designers use a restrained design language to lay out every corner here: true luxury is the art of simplifying the complex, with design as the core, creating a better life for the occupants.

步入玄关，一面艺术墙赋予空间“以景入室”的设计核心。设计师以全维度落地，结合结构与工艺、木作、照明与家居陈设等多个环节，在轻改造等框架下重构精致的空间格局，让居所的每一个角落都回归到生活本身。

在设计里，设计师回避掉将空间分割固有功能区的做法，以打开的尺度重塑规划与尺度，让过渡区域成为流动的连接点。大面积的落地窗让视觉、光线通过动线自然激活，空间之间彼此回应，形成了开放有温度的生活场。

每一个角度、每一束光线，都使得空间变得更通透安静，在美与实用之间达到一种平衡。

Upon entering the entrance hall, an art wall serves as the design core, bringing the scenery into the room. The designer adopts a comprehensive approach, integrating various aspects such as structure and craftsmanship, woodwork, lighting, and home furnishings. Under the framework of light renovation, they reconstruct the exquisite spatial layout, ensuring that every corner of the residence returns to the essence of life.

In the design, the designer avoids the practice of dividing the space into inherent functional areas, reshaping the planning and scale with an open approach, making the transition area a fluid connection point. The large area of french windows naturally activates the vision and light through the circulation line, and the spaces respond to each other, forming an open and warm living space.

Every angle and every ray of light make the space more transparent and serene, achieving a balance between beauty and practicality.

金属质感、石材与木质的结合，创造出使用自由的家，灵活移动的电视机调节场域的情绪，“生长性、包容性、延展性”更是设计师对空间的深层解构，打开的室内外对话，将艺术简约的格调“推出去”，再通过门窗把室外的意境收入光影中，挥洒在每一个角落。

定制的折叠门窗，一开一合之间，即能实现一种框与结构之间的借景错觉形态，令窗前窗后不同的场景律动起来，又能提供无边界的互动，增加居住者的意境交互体验。

The combination of metal texture, stone, and wood creates a home with freedom of use. The flexible and movable TV adjusts the mood of the space. "Growth, inclusiveness, and extensibility" are the designer’s deep deconstruction of the space. The open dialogue between indoors and outdoors "pushes out" the artistic and minimalist style, and then brings the outdoor scenery into the light and shadow through doors and windows, spreading it to every corner.

The customized folding doors and windows, with their opening and closing movements, create an illusion of borrowed scenery between the frame and the structure, making the different scenes in front of and behind the windows come alive. At the same time, they provide boundaryless interaction, enhancing the residents’ artistic interaction experience.

这里成为多重的转景趣味场域，即可以成为西厨的智能空间，又可以当作书房的私密一方净土。从餐厅转身，视线无遮挡的贯通客厅，环游的动线没有遮挡，却通过材质和色彩的微妙变化，过渡的划分了区域。

厨房打开的全窗，将室内的备餐区和室外的吧台结合的恰到好处，为理性的空间注入一抹鲜活的色彩。后方橱柜以大面积木饰面覆盖，与墙面无缝衔接，在这里，烹饪、用餐、社交、休憩，所有场景自然的交织在一起。用最内敛的材质包裹着生活的日常。

This space serves as a multifunctional and interesting transition area, capable of becoming both an intelligent space for western cuisine and a private sanctuary for a study. Turning from the dining room, the unobstructed view extends through the living room, with a circular circulation path that remains unobstructed. However, subtle variations in material and color serve to seamlessly divide the areas.

The fully opened window in the kitchen seamlessly integrates the indoor meal preparation area with the outdoor bar counter, injecting a touch of vibrant color into the otherwise rational space. The rear cabinets, covered with a large area of wood veneer, blend seamlessly with the wall, where cooking, dining, socializing, and relaxation naturally intertwine. The daily life is wrapped in the most restrained materials.

通过餐厅向庭院，让归家的感受变得放松，用充满自然感的设计打造出度假的体验，回顾自在的本身，树影摇曳投射在不同的视线落点，穿透了时光的絮语，每一道光的游走，与生活交织呈现出会呼吸的精神归属地。

From the restaurant to the courtyard, the feeling of returning home becomes relaxed. With a design full of naturalness, we create a vacation experience, recalling the essence of freedom. The swaying shadows of trees cast on different sightlines, penetrating the whispers of time. Each ray of light wanders, intertwined with life, presenting a breathing spiritual haven.

卫生间延续了整个家的极简语言，将功能性与美学完美结合，成为一个可以疗愈身心的私密角落。灰色的大理石与百叶窗的光影纹理，为空间注入了自然的力量。

The bathroom continues the minimalist aesthetic of the entire home, seamlessly integrating functionality with aesthetics, transforming into a private sanctuary that nurtures both body and soul. The natural elements of gray marble and the light and shadow play of the shutters infuse the space with a sense of nature.
