北岛作为第四代宅的旗舰藏品，把公园搬进空中。面前是室外以玛格丽特公主王冠为灵感的11座景观轴定制花园，转身是空中的岛屿大平层，归家像度假。设计师以「新奢松弛主义」为腔调，将空间营造成一座多线程的栖居。

空中庭院不再是私密的花园，而是将人文“可居可游”的理念植入其中，利用露台的下沉造来一座屿，与地台齐平，环绕在水域中，似无边界的一场由外向内的精神迁徙。让居者在这里既能静享浪漫，亦能在日常中拾获度假的仪式感。

As the flagship collection of the fourth-generation otaku, Beidao has brought the park into the sky. In front of you are 11 customized landscape axis gardens inspired by Princess Margaret's crown, and turning around, you see the large flat-level island in the sky. Coming home feels like going on vacation. The designer adopts a "new luxury relaxationism" tone, creating a multi-threaded dwelling space.

The sky garden is no longer a private oasis; instead, it embodies the humanistic concept of "living and touring". By utilizing the sunken design of the terrace, an island is created, level with the ground, encircled by water, offering a seemingly boundless spiritual journey from the outside to the inside. Here, residents can not only enjoy romance in peace but also experience the ritualistic feeling of vacationing in their daily lives.

一片香槟色主色调带动着精致轻享的空间情绪，如同闪耀的阳光扑面而来，精准定义出兼具松弛、精致的现代感轻奢氛围。

设计师选用弧形沙发围合出“聚”与“享”的互动中心，流畅的线条、舒适的尺度、恰到好处的光影，四个功能区相互联动却不交叉，利用转角处设置来咖啡区和办公区；让居住者随时可以获得一种“轻度的出走感”。

The main color tone of champagne brings a delicate and relaxing spatial mood, akin to the shining sunshine sweeping over, precisely defining a modern and light luxury atmosphere that combines relaxation and refinement.

The designer chose curved sofas to enclose an interactive center for "gathering" and "enjoyment". With smooth lines, comfortable dimensions, and just the right amount of light and shadow, the four functional areas are interconnected yet not overlapping. The corners are utilized for setting up a coffee area and an office area, allowing residents to feel a "mild sense of escape" at any time.

大理石岛台像一条向内的风景线，搭配着顶面的玻璃置物台，如倒置的湖面精准记录着每一天的光影与情绪，雅致的大理石与水晶吊灯形成微妙的平衡，赋予空间丰富的层次与呼吸感，让奢华不再是璀璨耀目，而是成为可感知的体验，营造出一个令人身心沉静，从容松弛的度假栖所。

设计师在这里，考虑的不仅仅是空间的灵活多变，而是将轻奢转变为可以提供“静谧思考的角落”、“精致的私属会客厅”、“艺术收藏的书房”，这样可以承载多种生活方式的联结的岛屿，正如北岛私屿之意，通过空间的流动和功能的复合，编织出”东意西境“的交融，不仅是空间，更是情绪归属，度假般放松。

The marble island table forms an inward scenery line, paired with the glass shelf on top, like an inverted lake surface, accurately recording the light and shadow and emotions of each day. The elegant marble and crystal chandeliers create a subtle balance, endowing the space with rich layers and a sense of breathing, making luxury no longer dazzling and shining, but a tangible experience, creating a serene and relaxed vacation retreat for both body and mind.

The designer here not only considers the flexibility and variability of space, but also transforms light luxury into islands that can provide "a quiet corner for contemplation", "an exquisite private living room", and "a study for art collection". These islands, which can accommodate various lifestyles, embody the meaning of "private islands in the North Island". Through the flow of space and the combination of functions, they weave the blending of "Eastern meaning and Western scenery". It is not only about space, but also about emotional belonging and relaxation like on vacation.

冗存精，以中性色调营造出宁静温润的底色，以“现代奢华”为语言，将星际酒店的仪式感与格调隐于其中，以奢华尺度构建身心回归的能量之所。

The master bedroom boasts a 270-degree unparalleled view, seamlessly integrating the bustling city and the ever-changing skyline into daily life. The designer has stripped away the redundancies and retained the essentials, creating a serene and warm ambiance with neutral hues. Using "modern luxury" as a language, the designer subtly incorporates the ritualistic feel and elegance of an interstellar hotel, constructing a space of energy that fosters physical and mental rejuvenation on a luxurious scale.
