Residential Complex in Maykop

This project presents a concept design of a modern residential complex located in the urban environment of Maykop. The main goal was to create a strong architectural identity that combines functionality, comfort, and a contemporary visual language.

The design is based on clean geometry, rhythmic facade composition, and a balanced use of materials. Special attention was given to the integration of the building into its surroundings, landscape design, and the creation of comfortable public spaces for residents.

The set includes both daytime and evening visualizations, allowing the atmosphere of the complex to be experienced at different times of day and highlighting facade articulation, lighting, and volumetric composition.

The purpose of the visualization is not only to present architecture, but also to convey the feeling of living within the space — calmness, scale, and a modern urban rhythm.
