Novaya Sloboda 2.0 is a residential development by Unikom.
The project is presented as an actively marketed new-build complex with apartment selection tools, digital consultation flow and a structured online sales presentation. According to the project website, the current offering includes buildings 1 and 2 of Quarter 9, with delivery scheduled for Q4 2026.
Our task was to create a compact but expressive architectural visualization package that would help present the project clearly through exterior atmosphere, facade identity and public-space perception.
The goal of the visualization set was to support the perception of the residential complex at multiple levels.
We needed to show:• the overall scale of the development• the character of the facades• the atmosphere of the ground-level environment• the quality of the courtyard and small architectural forms
Since the number of final visuals was limited, each image had to work as part of a clear and efficient communication system.
The wide exterior shots were designed to establish the architectural identity of the project.
These views communicate the scale of the residential complex, the arrangement of the buildings and the visual rhythm of the development as a whole.
At this level, the focus was on clarity, proportion and overall project presence.
The facade close-up views were created to reveal the architectural language of the project in greater detail.
These visuals focus on materiality, window rhythm, facade articulation and the way the buildings feel at a more human scale.
They help shift the viewer’s attention from massing to detail, adding depth and trust to the presentation.
A key part of the project was the eye-level perspective.
These scenes show how the residential complex is experienced in everyday life — through sports areas, recreation spaces and ground-floor commercial zones.
This layer of visualization helps the viewer understand not only the architecture, but also the lifestyle value of the development.
The courtyard-focused visuals completed the presentation by highlighting the smaller architectural forms and the character of the shared outdoor environment.
Together, the full image set created a balanced visual narrative — from large-scale identity to facade detail, from public infrastructure to everyday comfort.
For PaintEffect, this project became another example of how a compact but well-structured set of renders can support residential marketing through clarity, atmosphere and spatial storytelling.
