Z-TOWN is a modern residential complex located in Voronezh.

The project was designed to create a comfortable urban living environment that combines contemporary architecture, landscaping and convenient infrastructure.

Our team developed architectural visualizations that present the concept of the residential complex and demonstrate how the project integrates into the urban environment.

The client approached our team with a request to create architectural visualizations of the residential complex.

The main goal was to present the architectural concept of the project and show how the future development would look within the city environment.

The visualizations had to demonstrate the scale of the project, the atmosphere of the residential environment and the quality of the architectural design.

After analysing the project documentation, we prepared and optimized the 3D models for visualization.

The surrounding urban environment and landscape elements were recreated to accurately represent the context of the future development.

At the visualization stage, we selected the key viewpoints that best demonstrate the architecture and atmosphere of the residential complex.

Lighting, materials and environment details were carefully adjusted to create realistic and expressive architectural imagery.

Overall views reveal the architectural composition of the residential complex and its relationship with the surrounding urban environment.

Special attention was given to the visualization of public spaces and landscaping.

Courtyards, pedestrian areas and landscape elements were designed to create a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
