This project was created for Severnaya Kompaniya, a major residential developer in Ryazan.

The company presents a wide portfolio of residential properties online and actively uses digital tools to support real-estate marketing, including 3D apartment viewing on its website.

Our task was to create a series of architectural visualizations for the Berezhno residential complex that would highlight the scale of the development, the quality of the facades and the atmosphere of the courtyard environment.

Our task was to create a series of architectural visualizations for the Berezhno residential complex that would highlight the scale of the development, the quality of the facades and the atmosphere of the courtyard environment.

The visualization set was structured to present the project in layers.

We divided the image series into four key perspectives:

• large-scale general views of the residential complex  • close-up facade shots  • eye-level scenes showing everyday life and public spaces  • courtyard and landscape-focused visuals with small architectural forms

The wide exterior views were created to establish the architectural identity of the project.

These images helped communicate the overall scale of the complex, the composition of the buildings and the relationship between architecture and the surrounding urban space.

At this stage, it was important to make the project feel structured, confident and visually coherent from a distance.

One of the most important parts of the project was the eye-level perspective.

These scenes were designed to show how future residents would actually experience the space in everyday life — from the sports area to the recreation zone and the commercial spaces integrated into the ground floor.

Instead of focusing only on architecture, these images helped communicate comfort, activity and a sense of real urban life.

The courtyard visuals focused on the smaller architectural forms and the quality of the landscaped environment.

These images highlight the importance of outdoor comfort and show how the project supports modern residential living through thoughtful courtyard design, pedestrian routes and well-organized shared spaces.

This part of the presentation helps communicate lifestyle value, not just real-estate volume.
