The project was completed for HEAL Coffee Roasters, a coffee roasting company based in Dubai. This is a new space in the HEAL chain that combines a coffee shop with a roasting room for roasting coffee beans.

The new space is located in one of the warehouses in the Al Khawaneej district of Dubai and is characterized by its high ceiling, abundance of space, and accent industrial staircase. It was necessary to create a space where, despite the height and volume, it would be comfortable to be without feeling empty.

Новое пространство расположено в одном из складов в районе Al Khawaneej в Дубае, его характеризуют высокий потолок, обилие пространства и акцентная индустриальная лестница. Необходимо было создать пространство, в котором несмотря на высоту помещения и объемы было бы комфортно находиться без ощущения пустоты.

The client's vision was to create a unified space where visitors can not only comfortably sit and enjoy coffee, but also buy beans and watch them being roasted through a glass wall.

(ru)Заказчикам пришла идея создать единое пространство, где можно уютно посидеть и  выпить кофе, купить зёрна и посмотреть, как они обжариваются в помещении за стеклом.

The space comprises a coffee roasting area with glass windows, allowing visitors to watch the roasting process firsthand. One of the main features of the space is the staircase that leads to the office space. The bar counter, located against the far wall, is finished with large-format granite sheets and adorned with an illuminated logo. In the center of the room is soft seating with benches, poufs, and small tables.

С левой стороны располагается помещение для обжарки кофе со стеклянными окнами. Барная стойка расположена у дальней стены, она отделана большеформатными листами гранита и её украшает световое лого. В центре помещения расположена мягкая посадка со скамейками, пуфами и маленькими столиками, а лестница ведёт в офисное помещение.

A shelf was designed for the packs of beans roasted on site. The shelves are made of light-colored solid wood with metal supports and built-in lighting.

The cafe is located in a former warehouse, as evidenced by the industrial exterior of the building. Two signs with the logo were added, one wall-mounted and one hanging, as well as greenery.
