2023 Exhibition center "Oasis"

Выставочный центр расположен на просторной открытой площадке с достаточным паркингом для гостей, имеет три этажа и подземный паркинг. Зенитные фонари и атриумы обеспечивают обилие естественного света. С помощью Enscape я создал рендеры, что позволило точно подобрать время дня, воздушную перспективу и цветовую гамму, улучшив процесс дизайна. Светлое здание отделано декоративной штукатуркой и керамогранитом, колонны обшиты темным композитом, как и витражные рамы с импостами. Вокруг — озеленение и зоны для горожан со скамейками, внутри — рекреационные зоны и открытая терраса на втором этаже. Показаны рендеры и схемы, проект хранится на моем компьютере. Enscape ускорил рендеринг и упростил замену кадров, сделав диплом эффективным. Также инструмент позволил экспериментировать с освещением и текстурами материалов, добавляя глубину визуализации. Дополнением могла бы стать кровельная терраса с садом, создавая зеленый оазис для посетителей.

The exhibition center is located on a spacious open site with ample parking for all guests, featuring three floors and an underground parking. It boasts skylights and atriums for abundant natural light. Using Enscape, I created renderings that enabled precise selection of daytime, aerial perspective, and color palette, enhancing the design process. The light building uses decorative plaster and ceramic granite, with dark-toned composite-clad columns and matching vitrage frames and imposts. Surrounding greenery and citizen zones with benches enhance the exterior, while inside, various recreational areas and a second-floor open terrace are included. Renderings and schemes are presented, with the full project stored on my computer. Enscape’s quick rendering and easy frame replacement made this diploma project efficient. Additionally, the tool allowed experimentation with lighting scenarios and material textures, adding depth to the visualization. A rooftop garden could further elevate the design, offering a green oasis for visitors.
