OLM Nature Escape, an architectural gem designed by the South Tyrolean firm Andreas Gruber Architekten, is an ambitious project that transcends the boundaries of traditional hospitality. As a pioneer of sustainable architecture and innovative design, it offers a unique synthesis of modern comfort and ecological consciousness. The structure has already been recognized with several prestigious national and international awards.

项目位于意大利南蒂罗尔陶弗斯山谷，坐落于极具特征的自然景观之中，OLM呈现出一种全新的居住体验模式。综合体包含32套公寓式套房，并围绕建筑内部的“广场”（piazza）构建出独特的餐饮空间体系。

Located in Sand in Taufers, South Tyrol, amidst a distinctive natural landscape, OLM embodies a new era of the guest experience. The complex features 32 apartment suites and a specialized culinary concept centered around the building’s internal “piazza” or central square.

Innovation and Sustainability

Andreas Gruber Architekten这支年轻而富有活力的团队以高创新性和可持续项目著称。OLM基于“零排放”理念打造，通过地热能与太阳能系统运行，为环保运营树立新的标杆。同时，项目大量使用地域性材料，如落叶松木与当地石材，使建筑在视觉上具有独特质感，并与周边环境建立深层联系。

The young and dynamic team at Andreas Gruber Architekten is known for high-innovation, sustainable projects. OLM is based on a zero-emissions concept, utilizing geothermal energy

and solar power to set new benchmarks for eco-friendly operations. The use of regional materials, such as larch wood and local stone, provides the building with both a unique aesthetic and a profound connection to the surrounding environment.

形式与功能

Form and Function

OLM的建筑形态实现了形式与功能的高度融合。两层高的环形结构顺应地形嵌入场地，在室内与室外之间营造出连续而和谐的空间关系。大面积玻璃界面模糊了内外边界，为居住者提供面向群山的开阔视野。室内设计由Marchgut Industrial Design合作完成。

The architecture of OLM is a breathtaking fusion of form and function. The two-story circular structure was sensitively integrated into the topography to create a seamless harmony

between interior and exterior spaces. Expansive glass surfaces blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, offering guests spectacular views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

The interior design was developed in collaboration with Marchgut Industrial Design (Linz, Austria).
