Dự án Nhà Phố Mr.Phuc được Đước Việt thiết kế, với không gian tầng trệt bao gồm phòng khách, khu bếp, bàn ăn và phòng livestream được tổ chức theo hướng không gian mở nhằm tăng sự kết nối và tối ưu diện tích sử dụng.

Mr. Phuc Townhouse Project, designed by Duoc Viet, features a well-organized ground floor with an open-plan layout integrating the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a dedicated livestream room. This spatial arrangement enhances connectivity between functions while optimizing the usable floor area.

Phòng khách được thiết kế theo hướng tinh gọn, đảm bảo sự thông thoáng và thuận tiện trong sử dụng. Nội thất gỗ tông nâu ấm kết hợp tường màu kem trung tính mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng, nhẹ nhàng. Trần giật cấp nhẹ cùng hệ đèn downlight âm trần, ánh sáng tự nhiên được khai thác tối đa qua hệ cửa kính lớn và rèm hai lớp.

The living room is designed in a clean and minimal style, ensuring openness and ease of circulation. Warm brown wooden furniture combined with neutral cream-colored walls creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. A subtly stepped ceiling with recessed downlights is used to provide balanced illumination, while natural light is maximized through large glass doors complemented by double-layer curtains.

Khu bếp và bàn ăn được thiết kế liên kết trong cùng một không gian, tạo sự thuận tiện trong sinh hoạt và tăng kết nối giữa các thành viên. Khu bếp nấu bố trí theo dạng bếp chữ I, tối ưu công năng sử dụng và phù hợp với mặt bằng tổng thể. Hệ tủ bếp thiết kế đụng trần giúp hạn chế bám bụi và tăng không gian lưu trữ. Khu vực được trang bị đầy đủ các thiết bị cơ bản gồm tủ lạnh, bồn rửa, bếp nấu và máy hút mùi, đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng hằng ngày.

The kitchen and dining area are seamlessly connected within the same space, promoting convenience in daily activities and strengthening family interaction. The kitchen is arranged in a linear (I-shaped) layout, efficiently optimizing functionality and fitting well with the overall floor plan. Full-height kitchen cabinetry helps minimize dust accumulation while increasing storage capacity. The space is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, sink, cooktop, and range hood, meeting everyday household needs.

Phòng livestream là không gian chức năng đặc biệt theo yêu cầu của chủ đầu tư. Không gian được bố trí đảm bảo tính riêng tư, hạn chế ảnh hưởng đến khu sinh hoạt chung và hỗ trợ tốt cho nhu cầu sử dụng chuyên biệt.

The livestream room is a specialized functional space designed according to the homeowner’s requirements. It is positioned to ensure privacy, minimize disturbance to common living areas, and provide an appropriate environment for its specific use.

Tầng 2 là không gian nghỉ ngơi, gồm 2 phòng ngủ được bố trí trước – sau, giúp cân bằng thông thoáng tự nhiên và hạn chế ảnh hưởng tiếng ồn giữa các khu vực.

The second floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring two bedrooms located at the front and rear of the house. This layout improves natural ventilation while reducing noise interference between spaces.

Tầng 3 bố trí phòng ngủ con kết hợp phòng thờ. Không gian được tách khỏi khu sinh hoạt bên dưới, đảm bảo sự yên tĩnh, riêng tư.

The third floor accommodates a child’s bedroom combined with a worship room. Being separated from the main living areas below, this level ensures a quiet and private atmosphere.

Phòng ngủ con được thiết kế theo hướng gọn gàng, sáng và thân thiện. Nội thất bố trí đầy đủ gồm giường ngủ, bàn học kết hợp kệ lưu trữ và hệ tủ quần áo. Tông màu trung tính kết hợp điểm nhấn vàng nhạt tạo cảm giác nhẹ nhàng, phù hợp với độ tuổi, đồng thời giúp không gian luôn sáng và dễ chịu khi sử dụng.

The child’s bedroom is designed to be neat, bright, and user-friendly. The interior includes a bed, a study desk integrated with storage shelves, and a wardrobe system. Neutral tones combined with soft yellow accents create a light, pleasant ambiance suitable for the child’s age, while maintaining a bright and comfortable space.

Phòng thờ được bố trí ở khu vực riêng, đảm bảo sự trang nghiêm và yên tĩnh. Nội thất sử dụng gỗ tông ấm, kết hợp ánh sáng tự nhiên từ cửa sổ bên hông giúp không gian thông thoáng.

The worship room is arranged as a separate area to ensure solemnity and tranquility. Warm wood finishes are used throughout the interior, complemented by natural light from a side window, helping maintain ventilation and a calm, respectful atmosphere.
