Designed by Flex Atelier and rendered by Ky Anh Studio, NT Habitat is a modern residence that emphasizes architectural clarity and material honesty. The home features a striking brick layering façade, giving the exterior both rhythm and warmth, while inside, a brick feature wall continues the narrative of texture and permanence.

With clean lines, open spatial planning, and a focus on simplicity, NT Habitat embodies the essence of a contemporary architectural home—timeless, functional, and refined.

These renders by Ky Anh Studio were created with the intention of showcasing how the house makes use of natural light throughout the day. The design emphasizes the warmth and character of brick elements, highlighting not only their structural presence but also their imperfections and natural randomization that bring authenticity to the architecture.

Light filtering through the brick patterns creates dynamic shadows and textures, enriching the spatial experience and giving the home a unique sense of atmosphere and identity.
