New EdgeWhen interior designer Laura Boyadjian reached out, she wasn’t just looking for 3D visuals — she needed a powerful visual story that could sell an unbuilt office space in the heart of Paris.​​​​​​​

Sky Edge. A serene rooftop retreat with wooden textures, soft greenery, and panoramic views of Paris.

Caramel Edge. Originally planned with a different layout, this restaurant evolved mid-project as the client fell in love with the visual style.

Coffee Edge. A cozy corner designed for comfort and calm. With soft seating, warm wood tones, and shelves full of books.

Wood Edge​​​​​​​​​​​​​​. A clean and minimal composition where cool-toned concrete and stainless steel meet the warmth of natural wood.​​​​​​​

Chrome Edge. A clean, modern corridor featuring minimalist lines, wood accents, and soft lighting.

Mirror Edge. A bright, elegant lobby designed from scratch to feel warm and inviting.

ConclusionWe took on the challenge with a tight 2-week deadline. From modeling and composition to lighting and post-production, our team at Suburbia focused on delivering premium-level 3D visuals. Using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, we carefully crafted each render to highlight the refined interior aesthetic and elevate the overall presentation.​​​​​​​
