The first project in the 3rd year — a mid-rise residential building.The design site, located in a picturesque area with panoramic views of Kyiv, provided an opportunity to make the most of its advantages for creating not only a functional but also a comfortable living space.

The project includes not only the design of the residential section but also the development of the surrounding territory with the integration of recreational zones accessible to other residents of the neighborhood.The site features moderate terrain and a beautiful landscape, which influenced both the planning solution and the overall territorial concept.
