The project is based on a simple and clear principle—the composition of clean volumes that create a private living environment without unnecessary ornamentation. The architecture relies on the contrast between solid masses and openings: solid wall surfaces are set against large windows that open the interior toward the site.
The first level is as open as possible to the site, while the second is more restrained, controlling visual connections. Terraces and canopies form transitional zones between the house and the garden, creating a smooth transition from the interior to the exterior.
The material palette is kept to a minimum: light-colored facades, dark window openings, and localized stone accents. This enhances the perception of form and scale, keeping the architecture clean and timeless.
This project is about control and restraint. It is about a space where the main role is played not by decor, but by proportion, light, and interaction with the landscape.
