厦门，海山花园，枕山面海。这里山峦叠翠，香山静立，葱茏含韵，山海相拥，滋养出丰饶生态。这片迷人的蔚蓝海域，既承载了闽南长久以来人们的情感与文化记忆，也在漫长的城市发展中，启唤着源源不断的美学灵感，渔家风情与山居古韵交织，成了厦门城市的精神符号。

Xiamen Haishan Garden, surrounded by mountains and facing the sea. Here, the mountains are lush and green, and Xiangshan Mountain stands still, verdant and charming. The embrace of mountains and seas nourishes a rich ecosystem. This charming blue sea area has carried the long - standing tradition of southern Fujian people’s emotions and cultural memories. Also in the long course of urban development, awakening an endless stream of aesthetic inspiration. The charm of fisherman’s homes and the ancient allure of mountain dwellings interweave. It has become a spiritual symbol of Xiamen City.

海上丝路·荣归起厝

RETURNING HOME TO BUILD PROSPERITY

翔安澳头的古渡码头，始于宋，盛于明清，作为世界贸易的海上丝绸之路的古渡口，众多闽南人士循此海上丝绸之路远赴海外谋生，并在海外功成名就后满怀荣耀返回故乡，兴建宅邸。

The ancient ferry terminal in Aotou, Xiang ’an, originated in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties. As an ancient ferry crossing on the Maritime Silk Road, a world trade route, many people from southern Fujian followed this Maritime Silk Road to seek a living overseas. After achieving success and fame abroad, they returned to their hometowns with great honor and built mansions.

VOYAGE AFAR·FISHING VILLAGE LGHTS

彭厝渔村旧称“松山”，由于地理位置临近大海，村民世代以渔业为生，彭厝的海岸线绵长，海鲜物产丰富。

Pengcuo Fishing Village was formerly known as "Songshan". Due to its proximity to the sea, the villagers have been making a living by fishing for generations. Pengcuo has a long coastline and is rich in seafood.

WARM WAVES RISE AND THE TIMES ARE RENEWED

“温澜潮生” 寓意翔安新青年扬帆破浪 ，满载喜悦。阳光下 ，海面波光粼粼，而内心涌动的是对故乡的情谊 ，于平静中彰显壮阔波澜。

“时岁盛兴”寓意文化、经济等随时间流转不断传承创新，翔安在新时代成果显著。

未来 ，翔安将以开放姿态 ， 勇敢迎接挑战。

"Wen LAN Chao Sheng" symbolizes the new youth of Xiang ’an Sailing through the waves, brimming with joy.

Under the sunlight, the sea surface sparkles. And what surges in my heart is the affection for my hometown.

It reveals magnificent waves in tranquility.

The phrase "Shi Sui Sheng Xing" implies cultural significance.

The economy and other aspects are constantly passed down and innovated over time.

Xiang ’an has achieved remarkable results in the new era.

In the future, Xiang ’an will embrace challenges with an open attitude and courage.

基于对在地文化的深入思考，艾迪格设计为厦门国贸彭厝地块打造一座高端社交会所空间。项目以闽南文化为灵感，引入翔安的建筑中的在地文化底蕴为核心逻辑。不仅回应现代功能需求，更致力于呈现翔安新城风貌，融入当地文化美学，为空间挹注流畅且富有节奏的韵律之美，构筑属于塔尖圈层的私属社交主场，彰显独特的地域气质与时代精神。

Based on in-depth consideration of the local culture, Adige Design has created a high-end social club space for the Pengcuo plot of Xiamen’s International Trade Center. The project not only responds to modern functional demands, but also strives to present the features of Xiang ’an New Town, integrate local cultural aesthetics, build a private social arena for the top-tier circle, and highlight the unique regional character and the spirit of The Times.

厝宅府邸，奢雅归栖

A LUAURIOUS ANDELECANT RETREAT

-首层大堂-

首层大堂以“奢雅归栖” 为核心理念，穿越古今，融合闽南文化中红砖色彩、海棠纹、燕尾脊等元素并转译，从地面、吊顶、壁灯到石材拼法等多维度构建兼具格调与文化底蕴的交织，传统美学与人文叙事循着时间在这里自由生长。

The first-floor lobby takes "Luxurious and Elegant Return to Home" as its core concept, transcending time and space. It integrates elements from Minnan culture such as red brick colors, crabapple patterns, and swallowtail ridges, and reinterprets them. From the floor, ceiling, wall lamps to the stone layout, it constructs a multi-dimensional interweaving that combines style and cultural heritage. Traditional aesthetics and humanistic narratives grow freely here over time.

大地色系铺陈沉稳基调，地面花砖造型从闽南古厝中提取演变，从建筑意象升华为文化精神载体，赋予空间极具张力的视觉表达，既传统又现代，体现了设计对工艺美学的深刻理解。

The earth tones set a steady tone. The ground flower tiles are extracted and evolved from the ancient houses of southern Fujian, elevating from architectural imagery to a carrier of cultural spirit, endowing the space with a highly dynamic visual expression. They are both traditional and modern, reflecting the design’s profound understanding of craftsmanship aesthetics

TRANSLATION OF NEW STUDENTS

樾之形纹样与精致的燕尾脊，经过拆解重组成门把手与灯带，无声地诉说着经典美学的魅力，每一道纹理都承载着时光淬炼的工艺记忆。

The Yue Zhi shape and the exquisite swallowtail ridge door handle, after disassembly and reassembly, silently tell the charm of classic aesthetics. Each texture carries the craftsmanship memory refined by time.

这不仅是秩序与美感的表达，更成为连接两个时代的艺术纽带，让历史的厚重与当代的灵动在此和谐共生。

This is not only an expression of order and beauty, but also an artistic bond connecting two eras, allowing the weight of history and the vitality of the present to coexist harmoniously here.

RECONSTRUCT THE NEW TOWN

THIE ORDER OF INTERWEAVING TIME

-洽谈区水吧-

整面落地窗将室外园林的生机盎然纳入视野，与室内抽象化的山水意境形成巧妙呼应。墙面及隔断采用 "出砖入石" 传统工艺，玻璃屏风以亚克力砖横竖拼搭，于现代简约中透露出深邃的人文气息。

The entire floor-to-ceiling window brings the vitality of the outdoor garden into view, creating a clever echo with the abstract landscape of the interior. The walls and partitions adopt the traditional "brick in, stone in" technique. The glass screens are made of acrylic bricks arranged horizontally and vertically, exuding a profound humanistic atmosphere in a modern and simple style.

步入水吧区，视线便被气势如渊的吧台攫取。燕尾脊的飞檐曲线被重构为流线型的吧台上下分区，金属骨架勾勒出上扬的脊线 ，与宝格丽红石材的浓烈彼此呼应。

Entering the water bar area, the view is immediately captured by the imposing bar counter. The upturned eave curve of the swallow-tailed ridge has been reconstructed into a streamlined bar counter divided into upper and lower sections. The metal frame Outlines the upward ridge line, echoing the intense red stone of Bulgari.

既保留了闽南文化底蕴的意象，又以现代笔触为空间注入了灵动生机，于结构中构建出严谨而强烈的秩序。

It not only retains the imagery of the cultural heritage of southern Fujian but also infuses the space with dynamic vitality through modern brushstrokes, constructing a strict and strong order within the structure.

雅逸会心

ELEGANCE AND INSIGHT

这是一场传统意境与当代格调的温柔对话，深度洽谈需承载格调与心境，于克制的设计语言中，将中式的内敛诗意，酿成可触摸的现代奢雅日常。

This is a gentle dialogue between traditional artistic conception and contemporary style. In-depth discussions need to carry style and state of mind. In the restrained design language, the reserved poetry of Chinese style is transformed into a tangible modern luxurious and elegant daily life.

而线条简练的现代灯具，则轻盈地勾勒出当代的审美意趣。为每一场相聚，打造 “可赏、可品、可静” 的沉浸式体验。

The modern lamps with simple lines delicately outline the aesthetic taste of the contemporary era. For every gathering, we create an immersive experience that is "enjoyable, savored and peaceful".

定制松弛感

CUSTOMIZED RELAXATION SENSATION

-健身房及泳池-

廊道以独特的序列感构建起空间的节奏与层次，生动诠释当代闽南文化的韵味与格调。

The corridor, with its unique sense of sequence, constructs the rhythm and layers of the space, vividly interpreting the charm and style of contemporary Minnan culture.

健身房旨在还原物理空间和个体潜意识的“感应召唤”，黑色基调中透出的锐意朝气，又添一份成稳的姿态。运动让人得以在身体的节奏和力量中找寻灵魂的宁静，在精神的交融中领悟生命的真谛，亦是其内在健康生活的表达。

The gym aims to restore the "induction call" of physical space and individual subconsciousness. The bold and vigorous atmosphere exuded in the black tone adds a touch of steady posture. Exercise enables people to find the tranquility of the soul in the rhythm and strength of the body, to understand the true meaning of life in the integration of the spirit, and it is also an expression of their inner healthy life.

流动意境

FLOWING ARTISTIC CONCEPTION

-私享泳池-

柔和而宁静的蔚蓝泳池，如水墨意境勾勒疏影，洇开东方意韵，成为地域文化的 “流动载体”，让畅游成为 “人在画中游” 的沉浸式体验。

The gentle and serene blue swimming pool, like the ink-wash painting, sketches sparse shadows and spreads the charm of the East, becoming a "mobile carrier" of regional culture and making swimming an immersive experience of "wandering in a painting".

一步一景，景随水动，这番假日的松弛与随意，成为了泳池空间营造的精神所在。

Every step reveals a new scene, and the scenery moves with the water. The relaxation and casualness of this holiday have become the spirit of creating the swimming pool space.

礼序升华

THE ELEVATION OF THE RITUAL SEQUENCE

-地下车马接待厅-

设计师以文化执笔，完成一场材质语言与文化融合的巧妙转译，温润的大理石铺就出雅致的仪式感，在理性秩序与感性美学间，构建出兼具雅奢格调与宁静包容的沉浸式接待厅。

The designer, with culture as the pen, has accomplished a ingenious translation of the fusion of material language and culture. The warm marble creates an elegant sense of ceremony. Between rational order and emotional aesthetics, an immersive reception hall that combines a refined and luxurious style with a serene and inclusive atmosphere is constructed.

文化筑境，奢华承情，晚风的温度漫过纱帘，与室内的暖光在玉石材质水吧台的表面交织，以温润光泽诠释着东方的雅致感。

Cultural setting, luxurious sentiment. The warmth of the evening breeze spreads over the gauze curtains, interweaving with the warm light inside the room on the surface of the jade water bar counter, interpreting the elegant texture of the East with a gentle luster.

逸境盛宴

A FEAST OF ARTISTIC CONCEPTION

-会所私宴-

深棕与米白的主色调营造洽谈沉稳而温润的基调，一组半环形沙发以拥抱之姿围合出中心场域，流畅的弧线与大理石起伏的纹理相映成趣，勾勒出空间的柔和轮廓。

The main colors of dark brown and off-white create a calm and warm tone for the negotiation area. A set of semi-circular sofas embrace each other to enclose the central space. The smooth arcs and the undulating texture of the marble complement each other, outlining the soft contours of the space.

中央圆形餐桌与精致器皿相辅相成，共同构筑起宴饮的仪式感，让私宴升华为一场沉浸于美学的文人雅集。

The central round dining table and exquisite utensils complement each other, jointly creating a sense of ceremony for the banquet, elevating the private feast to a refined gathering of scholars immersed in aesthetic.

RED-BRICK ANCIENT HOUSES SWALLOW-TAIL RIDGE

夜色漫入空间的褶皱，私宴厅的诗意便在光影里漫溢，空间顶部，一盏以红砖古厝与燕尾脊为原型定制的透光云石装饰吊灯如月悬空，其细腻的节奏感与整体空间形成微妙对话。

The night seeps into the folds of the space, and the poetry of the private banquet hall overflows in the play of light and shadow. At the top of the space, a custom-made translucent marble decorative pendant lamp, modeled after a red-brick old house and a swallow-tailed ridge, hangs in the air like a moon. Its delicate rhythm forms a subtle dialogue with the overall space.

艾迪格通过设计溯原厦门翔安的灵魂图腾，于美学中探寻当代人文的精神表达，共鸣时代潮向，这也是项目立意的初心所在，承载古往今来的生活向往，以世界之远见，映城市之未来，一面是诗意的、丰饶的翔安，一面是国际的、人文的厦门。

Through design, Edige traces the soul totem of Xiamen Xiang ’an, exploring the spiritual expression of contemporary humanism in aesthetics, resonating with the trends of The Times. This is also the original intention of the project’s conception, carrying the life aspirations of the past and present. With a global vision, it reflects the future of the city. On one side is the poetic and fertile Xiang ’an, and on the other is the international and humanistic Xiamen.
