Founded in 1964, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (JAC) is a global comprehensive automotive enterprise group integrating R&D, production, sales and service of full-series commercial and passenger vehicles. It covers numerous fields including automotive mobility and financial services. Having delivered over 10 million units of various products to global users to date, JAC stands as a vital driving force behind the rise of China's automotive industry.
Last April, we were invited to take a set of photos for JAC Group's Zunjie Super Factory. Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, this factory is built in accordance with the Level 4 Intelligent Manufacturing Maturity Standard. It serves as a benchmark smart manufacturing facility integrating digitalized craftsmanship, automated equipment, flexible production lines, agile manufacturing, green energy utilization, and lean management.
With a unified architecture of "One Cloud, One Network, One Platform", the factory establishes a digital foundation enabling application enablement, data enablement, and AI enablement. Based on physical models and supported by sensor data, the Digital Twin Factory achieves millisecond-level synchronization with the physical factory, endowing the manufacturing system with the capability of self-optimization.

这座位于安徽合肥的工厂,按照智能制造成熟度4级标准打造,是集工艺数字化、装备自动化、产线柔性化、制造敏捷化、能源绿色化、管理精益化于一体的智能制造标杆工厂。 工厂以“一云、一网、一平台”为统一架构,构建起支撑应用使能、数据使能、AI使能的数字化底座。数字孪生工厂以物模型为基础,以传感器数据为支撑,实现与物理工厂的毫秒级同步,让制造体系具备了自我优化的能力
In recent years, we have photographed various types of manufacturing bases and developed a clear understanding of the visual language for workshops with different functions. This understanding comes from our grasp of production processes: knowing the challenges of each procedure allows us to identify the key points for shooting; understanding the logic of workflow enables us to anticipate the moments worth waiting for; and being familiar with the rhythm of production lines helps us press the shutter at just the right moment. Experience has given us our own “way of reading” factories.
One of the major challenges during the test shoot was to chase and capture perfectly composed, sharp images of the target vehicle at speeds exceeding 120 km/h on the high-speed test track. In previous projects, this could be relatively easily achieved using FPV or other equipment. However, this assignment required us to drive and film in high-speed synchronization with the target vehicle within the circular ramp track, at a height of less than 1 meter from the track surface. Coupled with a short lighting window, these multiple stringent requirements made the shoot extremely difficult. Fortunately, we successfully completed the shoot in the end.
近几年我们拍过各种类型的制造基地,对不同功能车间的视觉语言形成了基本的判断。这些判断来自对工艺流程的理解:知道每一道工序的难点在哪里,就知道拍摄的重点应该在哪里;理解工艺流程的逻辑,就能预判哪些瞬间值得等待;熟悉产线的节奏,才能在恰当的时机按下快门。经验让我们对工厂有一套自己的“阅读方式”。 测试拍摄中的一个难点,是需要在高速测试场以120公里/小时以上的速度,追拍到姿态完美且清晰的目标车辆。
过往拍摄中,使用FPV或其他设备相对容易实现。但本次任务要求我们在距离赛道1米以内的高度,于环形斜坡赛道内与目标车辆同步高速行驶并拍摄,加之光照窗口期较短,多重严苛条件叠加,拍摄难度极大。所幸,我们最终成功完成了这次拍摄。
During the shoot at the Zunjie Super Factory, a growing realization emerged: the core of a smart factory lies not in individual pieces of equipment, but in the synergy between them. The invisible flow of data and system responses constitutes the very essence of intelligent manufacturing. What our lenses aim to capture is no longer the performance of a single machine, but the orderly operation of the entire system.

在尊界超级工厂的拍摄中,一个逐渐清晰的感受是:智能工厂的核心不在于某台设备,而在于设备之间的协同。那些看不见的数据流动与系统响应,才是智能制造的实质。我们的镜头需要呈现的,不再是单一设备的性能,而是整个系统的有序运转。 有幸能够站在这个节点上, 用镜头见证中国汽车工业最前沿的技术落地, 也期待看见中国智能制造产业更多的侧面。
