COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases) is a common chronic respiratory disease with a prevalence of more than 27% in people over the age of 60, and the higher prevalence  at higher age. With the further seriousness of the aging society, the prevalence of COPD will continue to rise, and the prevention and treatment of COPD will receive more and more attention all over the world .The China Pulmonary Health Study identified for the first time that the number of COPD patients in China is about 100 million.Since 1990, the incidence of COPD in China has decreased , but due to the prolongation life expectancy of Chinese, the rapid increase in the elderly population has led to an upward trend in the prevalence of COPD and YLD (Years Lived with Disability) in China .The burden of COPD disease in Chinese group still cannot be ignored, especially for the elderly population should focus on prevention and control.

一款为copd老年患者提供的居家呼吸训练产品系统，以60岁以上的轻中度copd患者为目标用户。

以呼吸气训练、数据动态监测、模式智能分级为主要功能；辅助以肺部生理数据监测、训练日程提醒、实时激励机制等功能。线上平台包括电子评估报告生成、医患互动等模块。

旨在提升呼吸训练产品的居家化、适老化程度，降低用户训练成本，优化患者的居家康复训练体验。

A home respiratory training product system for elderly copd patients, targeting mild to moderate copd patients over the age of 60.

Respiratory training, dynamic data monitoring, and intelligent model grading are the main functions, auxiliary functions such as lung physiological data monitoring, training schedule reminders, and real-time incentive mechanisms are provided. The online platform includes modules such as electronic assessment report generation and doctor-patient interaction.

It aims to improve the home-based and aging-appropriate respiratory training products, reduce user training costs, and optimize the patient's home rehabilitation training experience.
