女子力绽放的2024年，设计她们梦想的新家，听见她们相知的故事，看见她们彼此滋养的能量。

本案是设计师为其好友打造的专属雅宅，同是「艺术人」跨界交流灵感对话。业主是一位成功女性也是一位独立女性，多年的打拼终于在京城CBD拥有自己的「梦中情宅」。强大的内核让其在工作与生活中乘风破浪，见证过1000套房子的诞生，与1000位志同道合的设计师结为朋友。如今，自己的家成为高楼林立的避风港，与身边优秀女性组成强大的女友圈，社交女王属性发挥的淋漓尽致。

In 2024, when women’s power is blooming, design the new home of their dreams, hear the stories they know each other, and see their energy that nourishes each other.

This case is an exclusive elegant house created by the designer for his friends, and it is also a cross - border exchange and inspiration dialogue between "artists". The owner is a successful woman and an independent woman, and after years of hard work, she finally has her own "dream house" in the CBD of Beijing. The strong core allows it to ride the wind and waves in work and life, witness the birth of 1,000 houses, and become friends with 1,000 like - minded designers. Today, his home has become a haven of high - rise buildings, forming a strong girlfriend circle with the outstanding women around him, and the attributes of the social queen are vividly played.

· 客 厅 ·

对业主来说，无论是人际关系、文化交流还是社交空间，界限的探索都是有趣的体验，是要泾渭分明的边界感，还是暧昧的模棱两可，或者灵活的自由切换？这次，在营造清美的设计下，终于开始了一次奇妙的空间体验，并把最初的幻想融入其中，打造了一个共享、开放、可切换的多元空间。

· Guest Room · For the owner, whether it is interpersonal relations, cultural exchanges or social spaces, the exploration of boundaries is an interesting experience, is it to have a clear sense of boundary, or ambiguous ambiguity, or flexible and free switching? This time, under the design of creating a clear beauty, a wonderful space experience was finally started, and the original fantasy was integrated into it, creating a shared, open, and switchable multi-faceted space.

整个空间像一帧长镜头，从天花板到墙体，统一用乳胶漆，隔而不断的关系让不同功能分区若隐若现。在这个构图中，线条与功能随不规则扇形角度打开，从厨房岛台至阳台勾勒出一个开放、惬意而随性的空间。

The whole space is like a long shot, from the ceiling to the wall, all of which are painted with latex, and the continuous relationship makes different functional partitions looming. In this composition, lines and functions open up at irregular fan angles, creating an open, cosy and casual space from the kitchen island to the balcony.

更多的时间留给欢聚，音乐会、下午茶、烛光晚餐......客餐厅松散的边界让更多有趣可爱的人儿相遇，彼此赋能，这也是设计师首选edra花瓣沙发的原因，无论是产品造型形态还是套面材质都符合他心中对于设计主题的最初构想。正如业主的特质，魅力人生如花朵成开放状态，向上开花。

More time for gatherings, concerts, afternoon tea, candlelit dinners...... The loose boundaries of the living room and dining room allow more interesting and lovely people to meet and empower each other, which is why the designer preferred the EDRA petal sofa, whether it is the product shape or the upholstery material, it is in line with the original idea of the design theme in his heart. Just like the characteristics of the owner, the charm of life is like a flower that blooms into an open state and blooms upward.

业主说，从前自己一直在追求新颖的东西，但随着成长，越发喜欢中古家具经过岁月，通过颜色沉淀、划痕带来的力量感。每一件旧物都是一个时间胶囊，饱含了与家人共度的珍贵瞬间。

· Dining room · The owner said that in the past, he had been pursuing new things, but as he grew up, he became more and more fond of the sense of power brought by second-hand furniture through color precipitation and scratches over the years. Each item is a time capsule, full of precious moments spent with family.

· 家庭厅 ·

在这里你可以感受到自由与松弛感并存，仿佛一个悠长假日的午后。空间中涌动着自由灵越的审美气息，「它是自由的、独立的，无论是功能、摆件还是格调均都有自己的个性，它用途极为广泛，是真正的主角。」借电视墙之隔，是孩子学习娱乐的天地、也可以是三两好友的精神庇所。

"It is free, independent, it has its own personality in terms of function, ornaments and style, it is extremely versatile, and it is the real protagonist." Separated by the TV wall, it is a world for children to learn and entertain, and it can also be a spiritual shelter for three or two friends.

大面积的拼接岩板出现在门厅，打破长廊的封闭单调，除了阳光给予的温馨，设计师还选择了很多木质单品和中古家具，墙面上也挂有许多木制相框，每一张都是其人生阶段的重要相遇。

· Art Gallery ·

A large area of spliced rock slabs appeared in the foyer, breaking the closed monotony of the corridor, in addition to the warmth given by the sun, the designer also chose a lot of wooden pieces and second-hand furniture, and there were also many wooden photo frames hanging on the wall, each of which is an important encounter at the stage of his life.

· 主 卧 ·

设计师对主卧的定位是「幻想成真」，希望这个家不仅是她的栖身之所，也是脑中天马行空的想象落地成真的地方。梦想中有一个属于自己的套房，有一间专属的衣帽间...「随心」的一面，是随心所欲用自己的方式构建一个家，而另一面，则是思考中梳理逻辑，触摸到真正的内心秩序。见证过1000套房子的诞生，对于自己家的样子心中很明确。

· Master bedroom ·

The designer’s positioning of the master bedroom is "fantasy come true", hoping that this home is not only her shelter, but also the place where her imagination comes true. Dream of having a suite of your own, with an exclusive cloakroom...The "free" side is to build a home in your own way as you like, and on the other hand, it is to sort out the logic in thinking and touch the real inner order. I have witnessed the birth of 1,000 houses, and I have a clear idea of what my home will look like.

以动态的直线去模拟曲线，主卧与衣帽间一门之隔，「不起眼」的书架竟是打开另一世界的通道，一张一合之间，精致而优雅得以无限延伸，更添一抹惊喜。书架另一边的空间赋予了更多隐秘与包容，夜深归家，属于自己的角落缓缓展开双臂将你纳入怀中，你能感受到精神被空间接纳与包容的慰藉。

With dynamic straight lines to simulate curves, the "inconspicuous" bookshelf is actually a passage to another world, and the exquisite and elegant can be infinitely extended, adding a touch of surprise. The space on the other side of the bookshelf gives more privacy and tolerance, and when you return home late at night, your own corner slowly opens your arms to take you into your arms, and you can feel the comfort of being accepted and inclusive by the space.

除了整体温润复古的格调，我们将家中唯一的丰富鲜艳留给了儿童房，给予孩子色彩丰富的迷人世界。儿童房的设计大部分来自「小主人」，森林中动物的鲜活是他向往的世界，现实中通过攀岩墙、攀爬杆和树屋来实现自由活泼的状态。动态成长型儿童房总是充满着变化和探索的可能性。

· Children’s room ·

In addition to the overall warm and retro style, we leave the only rich and bright color in the home to the children’s room, giving children a charming world with rich colors. Most of the design of the children’s room comes from the "little master", and the vivid animals in the forest are the world he yearns for, and in reality, he realizes a free and lively state through climbing walls, climbing poles and tree houses. The dynamic growth children’s room is always full of possibilities for change and exploration.

卫生间台盆宝格丽绿延续儿童房森林的主题，光线进入时即刻折射耀眼光辉，柔和了灰调的平凡感，也令整个家的视觉层次更加丰富。

Bathroom basin Bvlgari Green continues the theme of the children’s room forest, and the light reflects the dazzling brilliance as soon as it enters, softening the ordinary sense of gray tones, and enriching the visual level of the whole home.

· 老人房 ·

整个老人房最突出的是适老化设计，这不是纯粹的空间，而是含有一种「动态」。亲子、养老与悦己，是贯穿全案的主线，贴心设计与布局，让家足以充满温情与爱意。

· The most prominent thing in the elderly room · the whole elderly room is the age-appropriate design, which is not a pure space, but contains a kind of "dynamic". Parent-child, elderly care and self-pleasing are the main lines that run through the whole case, and the intimate design and layout make the home full of warmth and love.

设计师给这个家的关键词是：可变、流动、忠于自我。可变=时间上能容纳我的成长和变化；流动=动线上有选择，而不是走到一处就封闭；忠于自我=从设计到颜色和软装细节都能是我喜欢的，是我对美与舒适的理解，而不是给他人看的。

享受生活，这才是女子力的正确打开方式。如果把人生看作是一场旅行，那么在旅程中一定会有渐行渐远最终相忘于江湖的朋友，也会有三观一致的新旅伴在中途加入进来。做自己的港湾，寻觅自己的生活。
