Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Tourism Project: Redefining the "Relaxed Commercial" Space This project aims to create a new commercial landmark in Jingdezhen that integrates nature, art, and lifestyle. Breaking the rigid boundaries of traditional shopping malls, we centered our design around the concept of "Relaxed Commercial." It offers an immersive experience combining shopping, leisure, and social interaction, tailored for young families, trendsetters, and business professionals.
Bringing Nature Indoors: The Banshan Atrium The standout feature is the "Banshan Atrium." We introduced the concept of a natural oxygen bar into the indoor space. Massive structural columns are ingeniously designed to look as if they are growing out of a cave, integrated with LED skylights and lush greenery at the top. A water curtain design breaks the visual boundaries between the B1 and B2 floors, making customers feel like they are strolling through a verdant hillside, providing a uniquely healing experience.
Emotional Value & Community Gathering The value of modern commercial space lies not only in revenue per square foot but in "emotional value." The layout incorporates flexible pop-up/slow-pop-up zones, interactive device walls, and pet-friendly amenities. By creating diverse social gathering spots, we elevated the space from a mere shopping destination to a "spiritual resting place" for city dwellers.
Meticulous Micro-Experiences From macro concepts to micro execution, we poured our hearts into the details. The restrooms and mother-and-child rooms discard the traditional cold institutional feel. Instead, they utilize terrazzo, light brown aluminum panels, and a soft color palette to create exquisite, comfortable, and highly humanized private spaces.
