在城市更新纵深推进、全民健身全面普及的时代浪潮中，县域公共体育设施提质升级，既是补齐民生服务短板的务实举措，也是塑造城市品格、激活区域活力的关键抓手。三台体育场提升改造项目立足县域发展实际，以“古今对话，活力新生”为核心理念，跳出单一体育场馆硬件升级的局限，聚焦城市公共空间再造与地域文化彰显，将老旧破败的运动场地，蜕变为兼具专业赛事能力、全民共享属性、文化标识内涵与绿色智慧特质的城市新地标。

As urban renewal deepens and national fitness gains momentum, upgrading public sports facilities in county-level cities is both a vital step to improve public services and a key driver to shape urban identity and boost regional vitality. Grounded in local development realities, the Santai Stadium Renovation Project embraces the core vision: Dialogue Between Past and Present, Vitality Renewal. Moving beyond mere hardware upgrades, it reimagines public space and celebrates local culture, turning a run-down sports field into a new urban landmark—one capable of hosting professional competitions, open to all citizens, rich in cultural meaning, and designed to be green and smart.

三台是四川乃至全国闻名的 “足球之乡”，早在上世纪就已成为全国性足球赛事的重要赛区，本土球队人才辈出，是四川足球的重要摇篮。改造前，三台体育场因建成年代久远，外观陈旧、设施老化，已无法满足专业赛事举办标准，加之周边配套业态不足，难以适配新时期城市发展与市民使用需求，整体提质升级已迫在眉睫。

Santai is a well-known “Hometown of Football” in Sichuan and across China. As early as the last century, it hosted major national football events. It has cultivated numerous local football talents and serves as an important cradle of Sichuan football. Before the renovation, due to its long history, the appearance of the Santai Stadium was outdated and the facilities were aging, making it unable to meet the standards for hosting professional events. Coupled with the lack of surrounding supporting businesses, it was difficult to adapt to the new era of urban development and meet the needs of citizens. Overall, an urgent upgrade and improvement was needed.

一、文脉转译：以现代笔触，续写潼川古城千年记忆

1.Cultural Legacy Transformed: Using modern brushstrokes, continue to write the thousand-year memory of Tongchuan ancient city

一座有温度的公共建筑，必定扎根本土文脉、承载着城市记忆。三台古称梓州，潼川古城的传统坡屋顶、街巷肌理，镌刻着这片土地的深厚历史底蕴。项目深挖传统建筑的精神内核，将古典元素抽象转化为现代建筑语言，让体育场成为连接历史与当下的“文化容器”。

A public building with a distinct temperature must be rooted in the local cultural context and carry the memory of the city. Santai was formerly known as Zizhou, and the traditional sloping roofs and street patterns of the ancient city of Tongchuan engrave the profound historical heritage of this land. The project deeply explores the spiritual core of traditional architecture, abstractly transforming classical elements into modern architectural language, making the stadium a “cultural container” that connects history and the present.

设计团队从潼川古城坡屋顶的舒展线条中汲取灵感，提炼出大跨度折线形罩棚形态，硬朗流畅的线条既延续古建筑的优雅气韵，又契合体育场馆的动感活力，实现传统神韵与现代美学的完美融合。改造过程中，项目最大限度保留原有东西看台主体结构，新增南北看台与整体闭合罩棚，打造约一万座的围合式专业赛场，彻底修补旧场馆零散残缺的空间短板。完整的建筑轮廓、极具辨识度的形态，让体育场一跃成为三台城市界面的醒目名片，既守住城市记忆，又塑造特色风貌，践行了城市更新“留根铸魂”的核心要义。

The design team drew inspiration from the graceful lines of the sloping roofs of Tongchuan Ancient City, refining a large-span polygonal canopy shape. The robust and sleek lines not only continue the elegant charm of ancient architecture but also align with the dynamic vitality of sports venues, achieving a perfect fusion of traditional charm and modern aesthetics. During the renovation process, the project retained the original main structure of the east and west stands to the greatest extent possible, added new north and south stands, and constructed an enclosed canopy, creating a professional stadium with approximately 10,000 seats. This thoroughly addressed the spatial shortcomings of the old venue, which were scattered and incomplete. The complete architectural outline and highly recognizable form have transformed the stadium into a prominent landmark on the urban interface of Santai, preserving the city’s memory while shaping a distinctive style. This embodies the core essence of urban renewal, which is to “preserve the roots and cultivate the soul”.

二、光影筑境：渐变表皮之下，构筑会呼吸的城市封面

2. Light and Shadow Architecture: Beneath the Gradient Surface, Building a Breathing City Cover

建筑的生命力，藏在光影与材料的共生之中。项目选用渐变穿孔铝板作为场馆外立面核心材料，通过精准控制穿孔率梯度变化，赋予立面丰富的层次与灵动呼吸感，打造出随昼夜更替变幻的“光影诗篇”。白日里，阳光穿透疏密有致的穿孔，在看台与内场洒落斑驳流动的光影，恰似古城墙下摇曳的树影，柔和静谧又充满生机，自然光漫入场馆，既提升空间舒适度，又降低日间照明能耗。

The vitality of architecture lies in the symbiosis of light and shadow with materials. The project chooses gradient perforated aluminum panels as the core material for the exterior facade of the venue. By precisely controlling the gradient change of perforation rate, it endows the facade with rich layers and a dynamic breathing sensation, creating a “poetic poem of light and shadow” that changes with the day and night. During the day, sunlight penetrates through the well-spaced perforations, casting dappled and flowing shadows on the stands and the inner field, resembling the swaying tree shadows under the ancient city walls. It is soft, quiet, and full of vitality. Natural light floods into the venue, enhancing spatial comfort while reducing daytime lighting energy consumption.

夜幕降临，场内灯光透过穿孔表皮缓缓溢出，建筑宛如一盏温润的城市灯笼，又似一件精致的艺术剪纸，柔光不刺眼、氛围感拉满，成为点亮三台夜空的活力焦点。

As night falls, the lights within the venue slowly seep through the perforated surface, rendering the building reminiscent of a warm city lantern and an exquisite paper cutting. The soft light is not glaring, filling the atmosphere with a sense of warmth, and becoming the vibrant focal point that illuminates the night sky of Santai.

这层轻盈的“建筑皮肤”绝非单纯装饰，穿孔设计同步实现自然通风、遮阳隔热、雨水疏导等实用功能，让形式美学与实用功能高度统一，构建出会呼吸、有温度的生态立面。

This lightweight “architectural skin” is far more than decorative. Perforations support natural ventilation, sun shading, heat insulation, and rainwater management, uniting beauty and function to create a breathable, welcoming ecofaçade.

三、功能重构：从专业赛场，走向 24 小时全民城市客厅

3. Functional Reimagined: From Professional Venue to a 24Hour Public Living Room

传统场馆“重赛事、轻民生”的痛点，导致体育资源难以惠及全民。本次改造以全民共享、平赛结合为核心，系统性重构空间功能，推动场馆从“专业赛场”向“市民客厅”转变，让城市更新成果真正惠及民生。

The traditional venues’ focus on competitions and neglect of people’s livelihood has resulted in sports resources being difficult to benefit the entire population. This renovation, centered on universal sharing and the combination of professional and amateur competitions, systematically reconstructs spatial functions, promoting the transformation of venues from “professional arenas” to “living rooms for citizens”, so that the achievements of urban renewal can truly benefit people’s livelihood.

设计充分盘活看台下方闲置空间，在满足赛时运动员备战、媒体运营、技术保障等专业需求的前提下，复合植入市民健身、少儿体能、室内运动、休闲商业、文化展廊等多元业态，实现“赛事保障+日常服务”无缝切换，彻底破解场馆赛后闲置难题。同时打破场馆与城市的物理边界，取消生硬围挡，打造开放式广场、环形健身步道、缓坡草坪与全龄健身设施，实现场馆与城市空间无缝衔接。无论是清晨慢跑、午后休憩，还是傍晚踢球、夜间健身，各年龄段市民都能在此找到专属空间，让全民健身从口号变成日常，彰显“以人民为中心”的更新理念。

The design fully utilizes the idle space beneath the stands. While meeting the professional needs of athletes during the competition, such as preparation, media operations, and technical support, it integrates diverse formats such as public fitness, children’s physical fitness, indoor sports, leisure commerce, and cultural exhibition galleries. This achieves a seamless transition between “event support and daily services,” effectively solving the problem of venue idleness after the competition. At the same time, it breaks down the physical boundaries between the venue and the city, removes rigid barriers, and creates open plazas, circular fitness trails, gently sloping lawns, and fitness facilities for all ages, achieving a seamless connection between the venue and urban space. Whether it’s jogging in the morning, relaxing in the afternoon, playing football in the evening, or exercising at night, citizens of all ages can find their own dedicated space here. This transforms the slogan of “fitness for all” into a daily practice, embodying the updated concept of “people-centeredness”.

四、绿色智慧：低碳务实之路，探索可持续更新范式

4. Green and Smart: LowCarbon, Practical, and Sustainable Renewal

城市更新贵在精准提质，而非大拆大建。项目始终秉承节俭务实、绿色低碳、智慧高效的原则，走出一条适配县域场馆的可持续发展之路。结构上最大限度保留原有看台主体，通过精细化加固优化替代大规模拆改，节约建设成本、缩短工期、减少资源浪费，践行“少拆多改、顺势提升”的更新理念。

Urban renewal thrives on careful improvement, not massive demolition. This project follows principles of economy, low carbon, and smart efficiency, developing a sustainable model suited to countylevel venues. Structurally, the original main body of the stands is retained to the greatest extent, and large-scale demolition and reconstruction are replaced by refined reinforcement and optimization, saving construction costs, shortening the construction period, and reducing resource waste, embodying the renewal concept of “demolish less, reconstruct more, and improve gently “.

生态营造上，依托罩棚造型与穿孔表皮优化自然通风，降低场馆运营能耗；场地采用透水铺装、下凹式绿地等海绵城市技术，高效管控雨水径流，提升场地生态韧性。智慧化层面，前瞻性预留5G接口，集成智能照明、能耗监测、人流管控等系统，实现精细化运营管理。从设计源头前置考量赛后开放、长效维护需求，杜绝“建而不用、用而不活”的问题，保障场馆长期活力。

For sustainability, the canopy and perforated cladding enhance natural ventilation to lower operating energy. The site uses permeable paving and sunken green spaces as part of a sponge city design, improving rainwater management and ecological resilience. For smart functions, 5G-ready infrastructure is pre-installed, alongside intelligent lighting, energy monitoring, and crowd management systems for efficient daily operation. From the design stage, considerations are made for post-event opening and long-term maintenance needs, eliminating the issue of “building without use, using without vitality,” and ensuring the long-term vitality of the venue.

五、触媒激活：以点带面引爆区域活力，书写城市更新样本

5. Catalyst for Revitalization: Igniting Neighborhood Energy and Setting a Urban Renewal Example

体育场不仅是体育设施，更是撬动城市更新的活力触媒。随着川超联赛等专业赛事在此圆满举办，热烈的赛场氛围直接带动周边餐饮、住宿、零售等业态消费增长，实现体育产业与城市经济良性互动。场馆独特的文化气质与现代风貌，进一步提升三台城市知名度与美誉度，将文脉资源转化为城市软实力。

The stadium is more than a sports facility—it is a catalyst for urban renewal. Successful events like the Sichuan Super League have brought energy to the area, boosting local catering, accommodation, retail, and other businesses, creating positive feedback between sports and the local economy. The stadium’s unique cultural character and modern look have raised Santai’s profile, turning heritage into urban soft power.

更重要的是，这座高品质公共空间极大增强了市民的归属感与幸福感，既是举办赛事、演出、节庆活动的城市舞台，更是市民放松身心、挥洒热爱的幸福阵地。项目以场馆更新带动周边片区提质增效，实现“一处更新、整片激活”的联动效应，为县域城市通过公共设施改造推动城市更新、普及全民健身，提供了鲜活的“三台经验”。

More importantly, this high-quality public space has greatly enhanced the sense of belonging and happiness of the citizens. It serves not only as an urban stage for hosting competitions, performances, and festivals, but also as a happy place for citizens to relax and indulge in their passions. The project promotes the upgrading and efficiency improvement of the surrounding area through the renovation of the venue, achieving a synergistic effect of “updating one place, activating the entire area”. It provides a vivid “Santai experience” for county-level cities to promote urban renewal and popularize fitness for all through the renovation of public facilities.

This landmark, which carries historical significance and the warmth of people’s livelihood, will continue to serve as a shining card for Santai’s “hometown of football”, making the city more vibrant and allowing everyone to share in the benefits of development.
