LUXURY
The homeowners are seasoned travelers who have explored numerous countries and experienced some of the world’s most beautiful hotels. When we first met, they shared their dream: to design a home that felt like the most luxurious and comfortable hotel they had never stayed in. And so, the project was named “Luxe.”
To optimize their investment, the homeowners chose a property that already suited their needs, minimizing unnecessary demolition costs. As a result, the existing layout was preserved. The house is divided into three sections, each with distinct levels: the private master suite, the open and airy kitchen-living area - the tallest and brightest space and a family zone with children’s bedrooms, a guest room with an en-suite bathroom, and utility spaces.
The kitchen-living area features a standout design element: a wall behind the sofa adorned with a unique graphic interpretation of forest sounds, resembling an improvised sound equalizer. To enhance the “luxe” essence of the main kitchen-living space, a separate technical kitchen was created for meal preparation. This prevents cooking odors from permeating the home and ensures a clean, uncluttered look in the primary living area.
The exterior corners of the home are flawlessly finished with porcelain stoneware, protected by ultra-thin corner guards. Even the ceiling is a masterpiece. Custom channel diffusers, designed to resemble magnetic track lighting rails, replace standard air vents for an elevated aesthetic.
The stylistic concept incorporates thoughtful color schemes, premium finishes, bespoke furniture, and curated lighting. Every detail reflects the home’s connection to its natural surroundings—it’s nestled in a pine forest, and the interior prominently features wood tones. Other finishes are equally high-quality and natural, per the family’s request: white marble is used for flooring and wall accents, while MDF panels and decorative plaster coat other surfaces, offering durability and resistance to wear.
