无论生活节奏如何繁忙，家都是可呼吸的韵律场。如同摄影中定格的「跳帧」，亦如乐曲间起伏的「间奏」，在这里停顿、回响，交织出诗意的日常。

No matter how busy life gets, home is a rhythmic field where one can breathe. Like the frozen frames in photography, or the rising and falling interlude in a musical piece, here we pause, resonate, and weave together a poetic daily life. Frames in an instant, rhythm in life.

项目概述 | Project Overview

本案屋主是一位摄影教学工作者，这个家原始的四室户型对于她目前的生活而言略显冗余，她真正需要的，是一个能兼容办公、阅读、会客，并能安放手碟、非洲鼓等爱好的开放空间。因此，我们以贴合她的生活场景为原点，打破房间的界限，围绕她的习惯与精神需求重塑空间逻辑，在有限预算内，构建一个契合性情、灵活生长的家。

The homeowner is a photography instructor. The original four-bedroom layout of this home was slightly redundant for her current lifestyle. What she truly needed was an open space that could accommodate work, reading, socializing, and hobbies like the handpan and African drum. Therefore, starting from the point of fitting her life scenarios, we broke down the boundaries between rooms, reshaping the spatial logic around her habits and spiritual needs, aiming to build a home that suits her temperament and allows for flexible growth within a limited budget.

关于改造 | Regarding the renovation

改造围绕“开放、复合、灵活”展开：

1.将四室调整为两间卧室＋独立衣帽间，释放更多公区面积；

2.打通客厅、餐厅与一间卧室，形成开阔的LDK一体空间；

3.在阳台区域设置了地台，丰富空间层次关系的同时，打造兼具演奏与休闲的“小舞台”；

4.运用成品柜、可移动家具与可调层板，在控制造价的基础上，预留更多空间自由多变的可能性。

The renovation revolved around openness, versatility, and flexibility:

1.Adjusted the four bedrooms to two bedrooms an independent walk-in closet, freeing up more public area space.

2.Opened up the living room, dining room, and one bedroom to form an expansive integrated LDK (Living-Dining-Kitchen) space.

3.A raised platform was created in the balcony area, enriching spatial layers while crafting a small stage for both performance and relaxation.

4.Utilized ready-made cabinets, movable furniture, and adjustable shelves to reserve more possibilities for free and variable spatial arrangements while controlling costs.

门厅 从入户开始的功能整合

利用厨房墙体延展，嵌入一组鞋柜，门厅干净克制，借材质与光的变化，暗示从外至内的空间转换。

By extending the kitchen wall, a set of shoe cabinets was embedded. The entrance is clean and restrained, using changes in materials and light to hint at the transition from the outside to the inside.

客餐区

一张大桌的日常叙事

这里以一张大长桌取代传统客厅布局，它同时承载办公、阅读、会客与聚餐，一个围绕居者日常，开放的包容空间。

Here, a large long table replaces the traditional living room layout. It simultaneously accommodates work, reading, socializing, and dining—an open and inclusive space centered around the occupants daily life.

客厅沙发后粗粝质感的水泥艺术墙，用于陈列屋主的摄影作品，材质的天然肌理也提升了空间气质。

Behind the living room sofa, a cement feature wall with a rough texture is used to display the homeowners photography. The natural texture of the material also enhances the spatial character.

为解决沙发居中导致的电视机位偏移，我们增加了一根老木板包裹的“假结构柱”，它在视觉上平衡了空间轴线，同时形成虚实结合，增加空间的层次与节奏感。

To address the offset TV position caused by the centered sofa, we added a false structural column wrapped in old wood planks. It visually balances the spatial axis while creating a combination of solid and void, adding layers and rhythm to the space.

地台阳台 | 拾阶而上的舞台角落

在阳台区域设置的地台，形成清晰的功能场域。铺上民族纹样地毯，随手摆放手碟、非洲鼓。上台阶的动作赋予仪式感，这里成为她与自己、与音乐对话的灵感一隅。

The raised platform set in the balcony area defines a clear functional zone. A rug with ethnic patterns is spread, and the handpan and African drum are placed within easy reach. The act of stepping up lends a sense of ritual, making this her inspirational corner for dialogue with herself and with music.

厨房与早餐区 晨间动线的高效时光

厨房适度扩大，邻接西厨餐吧，收纳咖啡机、小家电。为缩短晨间动线，在餐吧旁设置双人卡座，可兼顾做简餐、用早餐、喝完咖啡出门，动作连贯从容。

The kitchen was moderately expanded, adjoining a western-style kitchen breakfast bar that stores the coffee machine and small appliances. To streamline the morning routine, a double banquette was set next to the breakfast bar, allowing for preparing simple meals, having breakfast, and finishing coffee before heading out—a seamless and unhurried sequence of actions.

次卧／茶室

可预见的弹性生长

为偶尔留宿的父母或友人预留的房间，目前布置为禅意茶室。榻榻米提供大量收纳，日后撤去茶台、铺上床垫，即可转为卧室。墙面可移动柜体层板，延续全屋的灵活体系。

A room reserved for occasionally staying parents or friends is currently arranged as a Zen-style tea room. The tatami platform provides ample storage. In the future, removing the tea table and adding a mattress can transform it into a bedroom. The movable shelves on the wall cabinet continue the theme of functional flexibility.

主卧套房

静谧为幕，功能为序

主卧整合睡眠区、衣帽间与主卫，氛围舒缓宁静。因独居需求，取消主卫淋浴，将面积让渡于收纳，衣帽间以开放式设计搭配亚麻屏风，在造价与通透感之间取得平衡。木饰面从隔断延伸至衣柜，统一而温润。

The master suite integrates the sleeping area, walk-in closet, and master bathroom, creating a soothing and tranquil atmosphere. Due to the single-occupancy need, the master bathroom shower was omitted, ceding space to storage. The walk-in closet features an open design paired with a linen screen, balancing cost and a sense of openness. Wood veneer extends from the partition to the wardrobe, achieving a unified and warm feel.

足基本功能之上，为猫砂盆规划专属位置，让日常清理更便捷。材质与配色延续整体基调，简洁中处处贴心。

Beyond fulfilling basic functions, a dedicated spot was planned for the litter box, making daily cleanup more convenient. Materials and color schemes continue the overall tone, simple yet thoughtful in every detail.

尾声 | Epilogue

这个家的改造，始于对居者生活状态的细腻解读。我们拆除冗余隔墙，引光纳气，用一张大桌承载复合场景，以一方地台安放热爱。

The transformation of this home began with a nuanced interpretation of the occupants lifestyle. We demolished redundant walls, introduced light and air, used a large table to carry multifaceted scenarios, and dedicated a raised platform to house her passions.

在有限的预算中，借灵活系统与中性底色包容未来，而粗粝的艺术墙、温润的老木与满屋的作品气息，则恣意彰扬着居住者当下的灵魂。这里不再被户型束缚，而是成为一个真正随居者生长的、松弛的家。

Within a limited budget, we used flexible systems and a neutral base to embrace the future, while the rough-textured art wall, the warm old wood, and the aura of creative works throughout the house freely express the occupants present soul. This place is no longer bound by the original layout but has become a home that truly coexists and relaxes with its resident.
