What are trees to humans?

We share an ecosystem, we don’t dominate it: we breathe thanks to them, they survive thanks to our care (or our lack of harm).

Humans and nature are not separate: each tree is a silent neighbor that regulates the climate, filters the air, and sustains life forms that also affect us.

Our survival is intertwined with theirs: if a forest thrives, our quality of life improves; if it disappears, we feel it in our bodies, in the climate, and in society.
