Collaborative academic project with Andres Avila

In this project, the main focus lies in the asymmetrical design of the carpentry. We were centered on proposing a three-story house for a couple with three adolescent, each with different tastes and hobbies. We proposed an open concept in the social area, where the kitchen and family room merge. On the other hand, in the private area, we divided the space into three individual bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. As for the materials, we suggested a black stucco finish on the exterior and neutral-colored walls inside, with natural wood floors and modern furniture. We apply the building code for the calculation of openings and internal space distribution.
