This project explores the atmosphere of the Californian coast in the late 1970s and early 1980s—not as a specific place, but as a collective visual memory made of warm light, silence, and suspended time.Through a solid foundation of CGI, each image stems from a carefully crafted 3D construction where composition takes center stage.

The arrangement of palm trees, the lifeguard tower, the horizon, and small human figures was conceived to create rhythm, balance, and visual narrative.More than representing scenery, the goal was to construct cinematic and contemplative atmospheres—fragments of a distant summer—balancing technical realism with a nostalgic aesthetic inspired by American coastal culture: soft late afternoon light, slightly faded colors, and seemingly simple moments—a walk on the beach, a bonfire at night, a boat in the distance.Elements that, together, build a sense of suspended time.
