Warm Mood & Textures | Studio Suite

Project Overview

This personal project explores the concept of a "Studio Suite", where the bedroom and a small dining/work area coexist in a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. My goal was to create a sanctuary-like environment, focusing on how artificial lighting can define different zones within a single space.

The Creative Challenge

The challenge here was to master the "warm mood". I worked with a monochromatic palette of earthy tones and soft beiges to evoke a sense of comfort. The focus was on the interplay of textures: the heavy weave of the blanket, the softness of the wall-to-wall carpet, and the sleek finish of the custom cabinetry. I added the track lighting and the hidden LED strips to create layers of light that give the scene its depth.

Modeling: Autodesk 3ds Max

Rendering: Corona Renderer

Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop

I paid special attention to the displacement and fuzz settings on the fabrics to ensure they looked touchable and realistic. The final composition was balanced in Photoshop to preserve the golden hour glow while maintaining crisp details in the shadows.
