Private Residence | 780 sqm | F​​​​​​​ull Design Cycle

A 780 sqm contemporary home for a family of four — two ​​​​​​​adults and two teenagers — designed and built as a single integrated process.

Facade: ventilated porcelain panels in two tones — travertine-textured and black marble-veined, combined with thermally treated ash plank cladding on walls and roof soffits.

Every design decision was resolved at the concept stage — structural, MEP, and interior conflicts identified and eliminated before construction began. The result: fewer revisions, faster build, fewer errors on site.
