CORPORATE BUILDING PROPOSALLOCATION AND SITEThe building will occupy an 8,100 m² (2-acre) site, designed to maximize site use while ensuring efficient circulation and natural ventilation. Outdoor parking will be organized for staff, visitors, and service vehicles, with separate main and service access points to ensure operational safety and fluidity.
GENERAL BUILDING FEATURES15 floors above ground with reinforced concrete structure and glass-aluminium façades for energy efficiency and thermal comfort. Sustainable solutions will include solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and intelligent HVAC and lighting systems.Gross floor area: approximately 40,000 m²MANAGEMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE1 CEO, 4 Deputy Directors, 12 Department Directors; Office layout optimized for communication and supervision. Centralized BMS controlling lighting, HVAC, and security. Strategically located technical zones for maintenance without disrupting operations. Modular design to allow future adaptations and expansion.
Project developed as a collaborator at Creative Drawit, an architecture practice delivering projects at both national and international levels, with a strong strategic focus on the African market.
