Founded by a retired director of the local Education Bureau, the courtyard reflects his lifelong dedication to education and his vision of creating a space for meaningful dialogue, shared experiences, and inner reflection.

The property is a five-story standalone villa with a dignified and elegant exterior, combining the atmosphere of a private residence and a cultural retreat. The interior features handcrafted solid wood furniture throughout, expressing a sense of warmth, restraint, and long-term craftsmanship.

Surrounded by mountains and water, the courtyard sits within a wetland ecosystem where egrets nest and reeds sway across the opposite shore. From the rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the reservoir, making it an ideal place for meditation, reading, and deep conversations.
