家，不再只是各种风格的展示或者功能的简单叠加，它已经升级成了情感的寄托所、精神的避风港，还有生活方式的全面体现。在这样的趋势下，绍兴中海越湖雲起应运而生，它精准捕捉到了新时代精英们内心的期盼：在城市的繁华中心，打造一片低密度的居住空间，这里不仅能让人安顿身体，更能抚慰心灵、引发共鸣，是一个可以随时间自由生长的活力社区。

Home is no longer just a display of various styles or a simple superposition of functions. It has evolved into a haven for emotions, a sanctuary for the spirit, and a full expression of lifestyle. Against this trend, CIFI Yuehu Yunqi in Shaoxing emerges at the right moment. It precisely captures the inner expectations of the new-era elites: to create a low-density living space in the prosperous heart of the city, a place that not only accommodates the body but also soothes the soul, resonates with emotions, and serves as a vibrant community that grows freely over time.

我们从暮春时节盛放的楝花里寻得了灵感，那清苦却又芬芳的气息，还有那坚韧不拔的绽放姿态，不正是当代人精神世界的生动写照吗？在喧嚣繁华中寻得一份宁静淡泊，在条条框框里滋养出浪漫情怀。带着这样的感悟，我们将 “情感共生” 的理念融入其中，和富有前瞻性的居住理念相结合，让家成为一座温柔的桥梁，连接着过往与未来，也连接着自我与广阔的世界。

We drew inspiration from the chinaberry flowers blooming in late spring. Their subtle yet fragrant scent and unyielding blooming posture are a vivid reflection of the contemporary spirit: seeking peace and tranquility amid hustle and bustle, and nurturing romance within boundaries. With this understanding, we integrate the concept of emotional symbiosis with forward-looking living philosophy, making home a gentle bridge connecting the past and the future, as well as the self and the wider world.

真正适合当代人的居住方式，是从重新规划空间关系开始的。我们摒弃了传统的分隔布局，采用客厅、餐厅一体化的设计，让家庭的核心区域变成一个充满活力的多功能舞台，能够承载生活的各种精彩瞬间。

A truly suitable lifestyle for modern people starts with redefining spatial relationships. We have abandoned traditional separated layouts and adopted an integrated living and dining room design, turning the core area of the home into a dynamic, multi-functional stage that accommodates all wonderful moments of life.

大横厅的设计不仅让光线和美景能够自由穿梭，更为家庭生活的各个阶段预留了无限可能。可移动的家具和灵活多变的布局，让这里既能成为全家欢聚一堂的温馨场所，也能迅速转变为专注工作的静谧空间、沉浸阅读的惬意角落，或是亲密交流的沙龙现场。

The wide horizontal hall design not only allows light and scenery to flow freely but also reserves unlimited possibilities for every stage of family life. Movable furniture and flexible layouts enable this space to serve as a warm gathering place for the whole family, a quiet zone for focused work, a cozy corner for immersive reading, or an intimate salon for in-depth conversations.

我们用圆润造型的沙发、曲线优美的岛台，还有那圆润柔和的转角，给冷硬的建筑线条添上了一抹温柔。这些流畅的曲线，不仅巧妙地引导着人们更自然地靠近、交流，它们本身，就像是在诉说着一种 “新女性主义” 的浪漫情怀，传递着包容、自我满足和安全感这些温暖的情绪。

We have added a touch of tenderness to the rigid architectural lines with rounded sofas, gracefully curved islands, and soft, smooth corners. These flowing curves not only gently guide people to approach and communicate more naturally but also embody the romance of new feminism, conveying warm emotions such as inclusiveness, self-fulfillment, and security.

岛台可不只是个做饭的地方，它更是家里人聚在一起聊天、分享生活的温馨角落。每次在岛台上准备饭菜，或者悠闲地品着红酒，这些时光都慢慢变成了家里独有的美好回忆。这里既有生活的真实和烟火气，又不失那份像女主人精心打扮后的精致和美感。

The kitchen island is far more than just a place for cooking; it is a warm corner where family members gather to chat and share life. Every moment spent preparing meals or savoring red wine at the island gradually turns into unique and precious memories of the home. It is filled with the authenticity and vitality of daily life, while retaining the delicacy and elegance of a well-dressed hostess.

设计私密空间，其实是对每个人内心深处那份渴望被理解和尊重的细腻回应。这样的空间，得有足够的 “弹性”，能随着我们人生的不同阶段和精神需求的变化而调整。它就像是一个贴心的伙伴，时刻准备着以最舒适的方式，陪伴我们走过人生的每一个阶段。

Designing private spaces is a delicate response to everyone’s deep desire to be understood and respected. Such spaces must be sufficiently flexible, able to adapt to different life stages and changing spiritual needs. Like an intimate companion, it is always ready to accompany us through every phase of life in the most comfortable way.

我们打造了一处宛如度假胜地般的疗愈之所，完全是参照顶级度假酒店的规格与格调来设计的，让这里既实用又富有意境，成为专属于你的私密小天地。步入式衣帽间设计得十分合理，各种物品都能有序摆放，让你的外在形象始终保持整洁得体。而休息区呢，则被我们特意定制的楝花紫色景观壁布温柔地环绕着，一走进去，就能感受到那份深邃与宁静，仿佛整个世界都安静了。

We have created a resort-style healing sanctuary, designed in accordance with the standards and style of top luxury resorts, making it both practical and artistic—a private paradise exclusively for you. The walk-in closet is rationally designed to keep all items neatly organized, ensuring you always maintain a tidy and elegant appearance. The resting area is gently surrounded by custom-made chinaberry purple landscape wallpaper. Upon entering, you will immediately feel profound tranquility, as if the whole world has quieted down.

这可不只是简单地运用了某种颜色哦，它其实是 “根据心情来打造专属空间” 这一理念的实践。我们把主人内心那份宁静、浪漫以及深邃的情感，巧妙地融入到了这个空间之中，让它们变成了可以触摸、可以感受的环境氛围。

This is not just a simple use of a certain color; it is a practice of the concept of creating an exclusive space based on mood. We have subtly integrated the owner’s inner peace, romance, and profound emotions into the space, turning them into a tangible and perceptible atmosphere.

儿童房可不是把成人房间的家具按比例缩小就完事的。我们把它当作一个能点燃孩子想象力、塑造他们独立性格的小天地。秉持 “未完成的画布” 这一想法，我们用了方便更换的模块化家具，还有能让孩子尽情涂画的墙面，给孩子的成长留下了好多可以发挥的空间。

A childrens room is not merely a scaled-down version of an adult room. We regard it as a small world that ignites children’s imagination and shapes their independent personalities. Guided by the idea of an unfinished canvas, we use replaceable modular furniture and walls that allow children to paint freely, leaving ample room for their growth and creativity.

从楝花身上领悟到的自然智慧，延伸到一种面向未来的居住理念，越湖雲起的上叠设计，实现了一次从 “单纯居住的地方” 到 “充满情感共鸣的生活空间” 的转变。在这里，设计不会盲目跟风那些很快就过时的潮流，而是用心打造一种能长久陪伴、让生活更有序的美好模式。

The natural wisdom derived from chinaberry flowers extends into a future-oriented living concept. The top-floor duplex design of Yuehu Yunqi has achieved a transformation from a simple place to live to a living space full of emotional resonance. Here, design does not blindly follow fleeting trends but carefully creates a beautiful pattern that accompanies you for a long time and brings order to life.
