The Von Elm's extension was designed as a natural continuation of the main dining room, but with a personality of its own. Compared to the structure of the main Von Elm's, this space has more flexibility, a quieter room that can shift easily between an intimate lunch and a larger private gathering without ever feeling like it's working too hard to do either.
The extension was also an exercise in making the most of what was already there. By activating underutilized square footage and giving it a clear purpose, the club gains a room that enhances its overall dining program without over-complicating it.
