Located in Khiran, overlooking the Arabian Gulf Sea stands a contemporary Mediterranean three story chalet – Riviera Chalet.

The luxury chalet expanding over 1,000 m², offers a three floors and a basement for car park. The ground floors offers a spacious terrace with swimming pool and magical views of Khiran lagoon, two seating areas for different moods, dining area with a juice bar that mimics Greek restaurants. The upper floors occupies grand master bedroom and all bedrooms with minimalist decor and private balcony terraces.

Applying full height clear glass windows reflects the transparency of the design allowing for the maximum view overlooking the breathtaking view of the sea.

The chalet exterior reflects a contemporary Mediterranean style of architecture. Implementing some details of Mediterranean, small square windows and all white paint on the exterior walls, glass windows and parapets overlooking the sea.

Applying natural materials for the interior finishes/furniture such as natural wood.
