We retained the original façade, and window mouldings, coating all existing elements with a fresh black paint. The existing banquette was retained, and re-upholstered with a back rest added. The beautiful and original timber ceiling was retained but painted in black.

The walls were treated with a textured plaster finish – super matt, with varied grey tones throughout.

The custom-designed bar takes pride of place along the length of the front dining room, again resonating and linking the timber elements that wrap the ceiling.
