70 平米公寓的灵动空间设计

First of all, it was decided to get rid of the corridor layout of the apartment. However, the air duct, passing almost through its center, blocked the free flow of air. We proposed to use this column as an axis around which space will unfold. Zoning is conditional, allowing air and the very flow of life to flow freely from one space to another and from one period of time to the next.

On the floor - natural cork linoleum; kitchen work surfaces - stainless steel; as for storage, everything was “dissolved” in the walls - no separate cabinets, pedestals, etc. Particular attention is the ventilation and air purification system.

Wall covering - smooth paint, ceiling - plaster with the addition of mica and marble chips.
