米兰 Ernst & Young 总部大楼翻新

L’intervento di riqualificazione dell’immobile situato in Via Meravigli 12/14 di proprietà della Società Antirion SGR S.p.A. ha previsto il completo rifacimento degli spazi interni, sia dal punto di vista architettonico che dal punto di vista impiantistico, con l’obiettivo di riorganizzare gli spazi in modo organico oltre a migliorare le prestazioni energetiche. Le diverse aree di lavoro sono state adibite alle necessità dei nuovi  Conduttori secondo i più moderni standard tecnologici e di finitura degli edifici per uffici. Il particolare ed importante linguaggio architettonico delle facciate è stato mantenuto senza sostanziali modifiche all’architettura complessiva del fabbricato ma è stato valorizzato da una radicale pulizia di tutte le parti e con il completo rifacimento dei serramenti esterni. L’edificio che ospiterà la nuova sede di Ernst & Young ha ottenuto la certificazione di sostenibilità LEED livello GOLD. General Planning ha seguito le seguenti attività: Architettura, impianti meccanici e CDZ, impianti elettrici e speciali, direzione lavori.

The redevelopment of the property located on Via Meravigli 12/14 owned by the company Antirion SGR S.p.A. has foreseen the complete refurbishment of the interior spaces, both from the architectural point of view and from the systems point of view, with the objective of reorganizing the spaces in an organic way in addition to improving the energy performance.The different work areas have been used to meet the needs of the new Conductors according to the most modern technology and finishing standards for office buildings. The particular and important architectural language of the facades has been maintained without any substantial changes to the overall architecture of the building but has been enhanced by a radical cleaning of all parts and with the complete refurbishment of the exterior doors. The building that will host the new headquarters of Ernst & Young has obtained LEED GOLD sustainability certification.
