绿色环保的 Panama Soho 购物中心

Soho Panamá Mall  is a deluxe design project for a strategically located shopping centre, regarded to be the most exclusive in Central America’s, located in Calle 50 – the financial hub of Panama City.

Soho Developers Inc. was the company in charge of this project for a select mall, with a design based on “LEED” (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) guidelines. In this respect, the mall stands out for its luminosity, thanks to the use of big skylights that illuminate its inner garden areas and the over 18-metre wide passageways of its four storeys.

Opened in 2016, the mall is a major retail centre. It features over 120 stores on four different levels, run by internationally famous exclusive firms in a complex that links up with a big business area.

NEO Beige Nature through-body porcelain tiles by URBATEK – PORCELANOSA Grupo were chosen for the mall, which will receive an estimated over 8.000 visitors a day, to ensure durability and low maintenance. Thanks to the collection’s different finishes, it can be used to ensure continuous flooring, meeting the needs of places like stairs and ramps.

A collection that stands out for its elegance, functionality and timeless appeal, suitable for places subject to high pedestrian traffic, it features a wide range of special tile pieces to round off projects.
