Con Spinea Life, la committenza, composta da una cordata di costruttori, inizia una importantissima iniziativa immobiliare volta a recepire le recenti norme urbanistiche comunali.

Il concept svela le trasformazioni architettoniche, paesaggistiche e tecnologiche che interesseranno, a partire dal 2020, un’area di 9 ettari (di cui oltre il 75% a verde) a ridosso del centro storico della città.

L’ambiziosa sfida progettuale, intende rispettare l’ecosistema naturalistico oggi esistente, integrandolo ulteriormente.

With Spinea Life, the client, made up of a consortium of builders, begins a very important real estate initiative aimed at incorporating the recent municipal planning regulations.

The concept reveals the architectural, landscape and technological transformations that will affect, starting in 2020, an area of ​​9 hectares (of which over 75% is green) near the historic center of the city.

The ambitious design challenge intends to respect the naturalistic ecosystem that exists today, integrating it further.
