The house is located in the upper part of the northern zone, nestled in the rock above the sea in the Mz C Lot 7 on a 424.10 m 2 lot of Lomas del Mar beach in Peru.

The house takes as a base the small firm area with which the land counts, this forces us to develop the wide program of environments requested in 3 levels and in most of the times flown over the cliff, so the irregularity of the terrain It makes the A privileged view on the beach to the sea and 180 degrees towards the horizon.

The house confirms 3 simple volumes nestled in the rock, articulated with each other and a double height that distributes to all the rooms of the house. The house is managed to have a variety of views and sensations through the different environments that make up the house.
