The building is characterized by a free form generated by overlapping strips that enclose public functions and offices. These dynamic surfaces represent a generative systems which is able to realize protective facades with high sculptural value, in order to determine the composition of the building based on the overlap of different floor plans. This choice allows you to dare life to a building which protects itself from solar radiation and, at the same time is able to open up itself to the outside in order to use breeze and main winds.

At this purpose the facade envelope is characterized by three independent layers: outside the tape shading pitched blades attached by points, in an intermediate position the eyelids upper perforated plate and high-performance glass facade with structural joint and silk-screened bands in matching the floors, punctuated by large cracks of the lugs.

The setting of the offices is organized with flexible areas, easily permeable and suitable for different flow scenarios, for single or multiple users.
