Daniel has recently completed the full refurbishment and extension of two detached properties in Holland Park, Central London. Working closely with a discerning and rewarding client, the project consisted of full internal removals, reorientation of vertical circulation and additional bedroom and bathroom accommodation to the top floor.

The project required full structural design, new services throughout and high specification fixtures, fittings and furnishings.

Daniel provided a full design and consultation servicing including cost control, project management and planning.
