Besa Kross Towers Project locates on Incek, which is newly developed area in Ankara. This region serves for intensive residential purposes and foreseen scenario for this area is in the way that it will become a satellite town. The Project diagonally locates on Ankara ring road and has a view to Mogan Lake and Eymir Lake and also it strategically serves for easy access for vehicles. This construction services totally in extroversive way and it is open to 2000-2500 population and consists of 550-600 residential units.

Since, Besa Kross Towers bases on environment, which has minimum green area, it procures and maximizes green areas while minimizing socio-commercial designs. Foreseen residential need has been solved within one horizontal and two tower blocks with the integrated social and commercial blocks and landscape designs. Single floor social+commercial blocks are placed on two corners of plot and those are integrated with each other in visual aspects. Towers designed in indigenous, sculptural and shelled way. In addition to that, the will for 360° cross landscape propels for transparent facades and the project creates a new architectural language within existing residential pattern.
