Preliminary design of a new stadium resort that includes:Huge stadium with "shutter" glass roof, solar panels and wind turbines on the roof, waterfalls, pools, massive curved circular screen around the perimeter of the entire stadium, spectacular glass+steel arch over the stadium with elevator inside and beautiful white restaurant on top (both screen and arch were added in the later updates) ;

Eight ’dome’ sport arenas with pools and waterfalls around, the bottom of the dome is sloped to the dome’s center, so it ’disappears’ behind the waterfalls and then under the pool water, ’column trees’ around the arenas area were added in the later design stages, a ’column tree’ is a column covered with beautiful flowers and a ’crown’ with palms on top, it’s a tall tree created from smaller plants, it provides shade and ’close’ the green roof design idea of the entire resort.

Sixteen sport venues with green roofs, silent wind turbines on the roof and plenty of seating areas;

Eight villages designed as horizontal waves, with restaurants, cafes, cinemas, galleries and other attractions, plenty of seating areas on the balconies around the building and on a green roof, tall waterfall in the middle of a building which goes from the roof to the pool on the ground;

Venues and Villages have semi-transparent fabric roof extensions to provide shade.

Eight office buildings designed as vertical waves - water ripple, with Parking, offices, hotels, malls, hospitals, banks, golf courses, pools and sandy beaches on the roofs;

Two huge residential complexes with condominiums, hotels, Parking, retail, massive infinite pools and sandy beaches, Niagara like ’stairs’ waterfalls, wind turbines on the roofs and around the pools;

Eight bridges that connects the whole resort together;

The whole project is divided into Eight color sections.

Maximum usage of solar panels and wind turbines.
