柏林 Teltown 绿色社区

Teltown Berlin is situated south of the center of Teltow. Amongst other things the area is characterized by its natural environment. In Teltown innovative architecture allows for different spatial requirements. Ideally structured and adjusted floor plans are in accordance with different user profiles.

Along with private gardens there will be public areas and places to meet, alleys to walk as well as play fields for children. The integrated energy concept will assure an ideal supply and thereby create financial incentives and support the local environment protection.
