Nella parte orientale, tra il mare e la laguna, verrà realizzata un'area di Ville uni e bifamiliari che contornano un campo da golf da 18 buche.

The project of a 3 km sea coast contemplates the construction, in various stages, of a tourist complex.

In the east, between the sea and the lagoon, an area of one and two-family villas will surround a 18 holes golf course.
