纽约风情的学生公寓改造

A room for a young student could be usualy a boring thing to design for many architects. But for our studio it was not. Especialy in this case, when our favorite client asked us for a design like this.

Small room in a typical slovakian flat was changed to a very special and personal private place for a young man (and also occasionaly his sister). Design is very functional with strong atention for place saving solutions. Main construction is made of steel profiles, that divide the space in several functinal units. Big wall on the other side of the room is covered with wallpaper with spectacular view on the New York´s panorama.

Other attributes of the design, like plywood, nets and design furniture (vitra) just underlines young and fresh design with a scent of New York.
